I wish there was an option for NO STARS! We ordered "Super Clear" cases from this company and they sent us tinted yellow cases, stating that they are clear and we are responsible for returning the product at our own expense. Even though they clearly state they are "Super Clear", Mary Crevoiserat made a point to tell us that they are only clear, it's the same product and same manufacturer that they have been using. Can someone please help me to understand how SUPER CLEAR equates to tinted yellow?!? Poor customer service and liars about product descriptions. We started purchasing more items from this company, now it seems that we need to narrow it down to the single item we originally purchased and we know it is for the most part as described. Sad day when customer service SUCKS!

I shared my needs with their sales staff, Explaining that I was helping people restore their voice post cancer treatments, & THAT I HAD MIXED LIGHTING CONDITIONS, FROM changing light from the windows, Kino, and Arri A4 Light Kit, They recommended lighting that is the latest & greatest was perfect for what I required... it ended up being a used light that was no longer being sold, furthermore it a fix 5600 led light, NOT SWITCHABLE as I explained that I needed. THIS IS THE WORST SALESMAN THAT SOLD ME SOMETHING THAT I CAN'T USE... I ALSO EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I WAS A VICTIM OF AN INCREDIBLE FRAUD AND TRYING TO REBUILD MY LIFE....

Horrible! Just called for a Backdrop kit. Stands, grey backdrop, portable. Pretty simple product. Two people didn't have a clue what that was and they're a photographer store. He asked me if it was made out of foam or gel. Pretty sad...they were nice, just clueless.
