I had a casino trip on 11/2/19 to Louisiana. That morning I received a phone call letting me know my bus was delayed. They were upfront with me know what happened . I can truly say the bus driver Mr Leon Fletcher ,bus 129 , was absolutely amazing . He was attentive, funny,courteous, and a awesome driver. He makes riding with first class tours worth it. I will definitely do it again.

Horrible horrible horrible. First time using this service to go with my wife for her birthday and our experience was horrible. Will NEVER use this service again nor would I recommend it!
