I came in with an idea I had already had and they went over the details with me of what I wanted and that was fine but the end result was not what I wanted at all. My invites look all crammed with the wording because they didn't space it how I originally had it on my copy that I brought in.

I bought two items 1. Reserve place cards that were really nice and 2. A bridal runner that disintegrated as we tried to unroll it. There wasn't time to return it, so the bride walked down the isle with no runner. If you are having a wedding, don't buy the runner from GEM's.

I highly recommend Gem Printing! Don't waste your time with online retailers - Gem will give you great service at a fair price! After having a horrible experience with ordering our wedding invitations online, we desperately went to Gem for help. Their staff was professional, helpful, and delivered our proof and invitations on time. Our invitations were absolutely beautiful! For Christmas, I was a little late getting our Christmas cards printed. I called Gem, received a proof within an hour, and had all our Christmas cards printed same day. Gem Printing has been around for over 100 years. There's a reason they have lasted, and it's because they are the best!

The staff is very friendly and patient as I visited multiple times to look at wedding invitations. They have a large assortment to choose from. They are also very knowledgeable about invitation wording and etiquette. I am extremely satisfied I chose them as my vendor.

I only gave one star because i had to in order to post my review. I won’t ever recommend this company to anyone. That have totally ruined my wedding process for me. 1st, I picked up my invitations and started putting them together, only to realize that a whole word was left off the invitation. 2nd, once picked up the corrected invitations, I paid for 125 but only received 102. Mind you I paid in full on the day I ordered them. 3rd, my fiancé picked up the invitations and envelopes I was shorted today only to realize that they didn’t give me the correct envelopes. This is end of September and my wedding is December 1st, therefore I haven’t been able to send out any invites due to this situation. We have kept in contact with them with ALL the mistakes they have made and made them aware of the disappointment, and all they have done was laugh and tell me they could refund me $5 and some change. This have been the worst experience EVER. I will never recommend them to anyone. They have made this experience hell for me.
