I had my first run-in with a patrol officer with this company. He was basically waiting on the firelane inside the parking lot where I was supposed to park, while blocking incoming cars. There was no emergency of any sort. I asked him politely if he could move forward a bit since he was blocking my parking spot. I got a curt reply "Are you driving an eighteen wheeler or something"? I said I was just driving a car and he was blocking my entry into my own parking spot. This time, it was followed by the same curt response with an extremely unprofessional demeanor. This kind of unprofessional behavior deserves some serious questioning. I would NEVER hire this company even if you paid me to for ANY of their services.
Company has no moral values. No communication. And not big on safety when their seat belts don’t work in cars.
Common for them but one just passed my residence doing about 40 MPH in a 10 MPH zone. I've spoken with a few of the "guards" and most are polite, one in particular is an obvious jerk, not sure if it was him that just flew past on his night time check but it likely was, moving to fast to tell.
Moved into our apartment and there were squatters living there. Told the security company - said it wasn't their problem. Great job guys. Keep up the top notch work.
This company is a POS to be quite frank. I have placed multiple complaints to this company for my neighbors being loud. Called my apartment office today to complain and come to find out Heartland has never reported any of the past complaints to the main office. Just a bunch of imbeciles. Trust all the BAD reviews here.
If I could give zero Stars I would. When I called about a threat to my home I was laughed off the phone, and actually hung up on.
Horrible response time, if they even show up when called. You’re even luckier if they file the report with property management. Their laziness is impossible to hide, they sit around chatting in parking lots, can’t be bothered to move half a block to get anywhere effectively. They’re probably why Northpark Mall also has a hard time. I worked for Valor security years ago at Shops @ Park Lane and Heartland would fail to apprehend shoplifters, who then crossed the highway to the Shops where I worked. Heartland would ask Valor security to catch their perps for them!
Just saw yet another heartland patrol car (this time one with 202 at the back) disregard the laws of the road and instead severely speed, weave in and out of traffic, not indicate when getting over or turning.... All of this within just a couple blocks..... I have seen far too many of the heartland patrol vehicles disregard street laws and safety.
Heartland Security is a joke. They dont even come out when you call them. Myself and other tenants have called them on numerous occasions regrading trust passing on or property. From homeless people to other tenants from neighboring apts utilizing our amenities. I just passed the grilling area and 5 homeless people are using the grill with 2 trash bags of clothes sitting on the patio by the office. This past summer they were in the pool and juccuzi and we called them then and no one came just like tonight. What a joke!
I just had a good experience with two officers at Woodglen Apartment. Jones was the first officer that happened to be making a round as I discovered my neighbor had fallen inside her apartment and could not get up. He went over options, called a second officer, and stayed with me while EMS came. I do not know the other officers name, but both were very qualified.
I absolutely love this company especially Officer Price!! Who guess above and beyond I feel daddy knowing he's here thanks guys keep up the best work
