I purchased a used Chevrolet Truck from another dealership and encountered some mechanical issues, called Henna to set up appointment for service and they were above and beyond helpful. Set up the appointment with their Diesel Expert he greeted me at the service dept. when I dropped it off, explained everything to me repaired the vehicle on time and even found a Bulletin from Chevy so the repair could be done as a warranty. They went above and beyond for someone that didn't even buy a vehicle from them needless to say I will never go anywhere else. Can you imagine the service you would receive if you purchased your vehicle from them. Amazing

I did an online inquiry about a vehicle. I did receive a call back regarding a down payment & some other things. I explained exactly what I was trying to do. I was told they would be in touch. To date no call back at all...kind of discouraging. I'm pretty new to this area and this is the second time I've had a negative experience with a car dealership. Guess I'll go back to Amarillo and try to purchase a vehicle.
My vehicle needed to be serviced and I was offered a loaner vehicle while it was being serviced, we advised the employee there that we would be leaving for a week and if we could leave the loaner at the airport and he said it was totally fine and that he would call us when the vehicle would be ready. I dropped off on 12/28 which is the same day we took off, on 12/31/18 I received an email from Pam White all in Caps Lock that if the loaner was not returned we would be charged $42.00 a day and no one had reached out to me to advise my vehicle being serviced was ready until 01/04/19 I received a voicemail from Felix and he just stated its ready and since we got back late the following day and the service dept was closed at 12pm we waited till the next business day to return the loaner and obtain back our vehicle. Very poor customer service and I still have the email typed in CAPS LOCK from the employee that was very unprofessional. I will be glad to forward to better train your employees to take care of their customers. We are what provides a job to them and we are paying for services and for an employee to act in that matter is unacceptable.
We purchased a newer model Chevy from Calvin. Very easy experience. Calvin helped us find exactly what we wanted, at a great price. Also helped us get top dollar on our trade in. He took the stress out of the whole car buying experience. Would recommend anyone looking for a great experience buying a new truck or car to go see Calvin at Henna Chevrolet.
I have been getting my oil changed and car inspected, along with tire rotation since I bought my 2016 Traverse. I have over 50K miles and my tires still look great! Oil is also synthetic so engine is protected. They have it done in less that 2 hours which is great. Worth every penny spent!
