Candice is a first rate snob that assumes to have no faults unfortunately for her she has many faults and they shine through during every interaction we've had with her. Our First visit was with a doctor on her way out, she's transferred for reasons that seem obvious now. Our second visit was with Dr. Sarah and she was pleasant but we only saw her for a couple of minutes because she had other boxes that needed to be checked and had obviously checked us off her list. Our third visit didn't happen because Candice made a mistake on the schedule, but somehow she was not to blame and it was our fault and we therefore had no more reason to stay at the office and now have every reason to never go back. If you want your child's health care to be a box on the daily checklist at HIP and you want to deal with an ignorant, arrogant, self proclaimed "guru" then this is the place for you.
I can't say it any better than in the words of my two an a half year old "Dr. Kono, you're really good at that job!" Top to bottom our family loves this place.
Dr. Bryan Kono is an amazingly thorough pediatrician who's practice is centered on the whole child. We've been with him for 7 years and three children and we're so grateful that he's a part of our "team!" We choose to drive from south east Denver to the HIP offices because his gunuine care for our children, his easy and gentle demeanor during visits, and his wealth of knowledge in pediatric with a holistic approach are all unparalleled. Bonus...my boys LOVE going to see him! We also love the HIP staff who are so kind and helpful. And all of the nurses are wonderful, especially Suzy!
Dr. Brian is amazing with my 13 year old son. He explores all options when treating his patients and takes a holistic approach by looking at the whole child. I have recommended Dr. Brian to every parent looking for a pediatrician in Denver.
I live all the way in Littleton and we take our boys to Dr. Kono - he is magic with them. He's calm and collected and is always ready for whatever oddities my kiddos throw at him.
We are so pleased the wonderful, knowledgeable, patient doctor and staff at Highland Pediatric.
Dr. Abby is great with babies, knowledgeable, and never makes us feel judged. She manages to be straightforward and sensitive at the same time. When we can't get into see her, it's also a relief that all of the other doctors and nurses are also compassionate and intelligent. Even the receptionists are exceptionally friendly.
Wonderful pediatric doctor office. We see Dr. Bryan most often and he is wonderful with our boys. We have been coming here since our oldest was born. Very knowledgeable and warm doctors. All of the staff is awesome and love nurse Suzie too!
Exceptional pediatricians and an impressive humble family focused environment. We took our two young children here, and they were amazing. Everyone was very helpful and extremely kind and nice. A very welcoming office that has plenty of neat little kids books and fun little toys and even a few special little play books for kids to relax before seeing their brilliant, joyful, calm and intelligent doctors and staff. We had to move from Denver and have not found another clinic in either Atlanta or Dallas that was quite as good as this one. Thanks Highlands. Also, some extra info, they did (when we visited) accept Medicaid and an impressive most important feature is they also accept children who have not been vaccinated (because really, your kids don't need them). We saw all three of the staff and they were all very good. Eventually we had Dr. Abby for our kids and they Loved her. She made them feel warm and welcome everytime. Thank you
Highlands Integrative is such a great place for children! They are incredibly caring about our baby and have always done a great job of individualized attention. Our son is not just another patient here... He really is treated like family. I feel so fortunate to have this facility, doctors, and nurses as a resource for our family. 😁
