Our daughter's wedding was in the Horton Building this past weekend. What a great venue for a wedding and reception. Alexa must have super powers to make it all happen and make it look easy. The bridal suite/dressing room area was nice for the wedding party to get ready. Loved having the staff do all the setup and break down of decorations. The space is great for the ceremony as well as the reception. Seemed like in the blink of an eye the chairs from the ceremony were moved and tables moved up and into the space. There was plenty of room to dance in the front area or gather in the back near the bar. Lots of room to visit, dance, and celebrate the bride and groom. So glad this was the place our daughter and her, then, fiance`,chose for their wedding. Alexa is a gem in a beautiful venue. Highly recommend the Horton Building with Alexa as the coordinator for any party or gathering.
Clean building for hosting just about anything
Absolutely loved the venue - The space and aesthetic were perfect! Kristen and the Horton Events staff were accommodating and made everything so easy!

Edit: This review was written before Horton Events moved to from their old location in downtown Nashville. We hosted our wedding here in June and we are so pleased that we were lucky enough to find The Horton Building. It was the perfect space for our wedding of 50 people. There was more than enough space for everything and everyone. We used the conference room as the girl's "getting ready" space and it was the perfect size and had a tremendous amount of natural light! The Horton Building provided the DJ, bartender, set-up and breakdown staff, and the coordinator. All gave great service. The person behind all of it is Alexa. She's amazing. Alexa makes sure everything runs flawlessly and we really appreciated that. From start to finish, she made sure all of our questions were answered and we had everything that we needed.
My husband and I were one of the first couples to have our wedding at the 660 Lafayette space and we absolutely loved both the venue and the Horton Events team! Bonnie and Kristen were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our planning process, and the site is so easy to customize to the type and tone of your event. It was the perfect place to host our wedding!
Thank you all for letting us rent out this beautiful venue for our annual Sip & Shop! We worked with Kristen & she was amazing! She was extremely accomodating! She went out her way to make sure everything went good. Our process of getting the venue was easy & smooth. I would love to work again with this venue in the future. I highly recommend.
I had spoken with a lady, reserved my booking for my moms retirement party in advance, got the paperwork fixing to pay my deposit and set up an appointment to see the building for setup and decorations. I go there this morning and the lady saw that I was a black lady and did not show me the inside nor did she pick up the phone and say anything, but we just spoke last night to confirm this appointment. Now I would say that’s bad business and more to the point if you don’t want to rent your building out to black people you need to make that clear. Sorry she represented your business like that. My son's wedding was pretty close to perfect at Horton Events. Kristen was amazing helping us make the evening a success. She worked with us to make everything the bride dreamed of happen. The venue is a great Nashville location with all the amenities.
