Took my money, went back multiple times. The unit would not stay on. Don’t go here!!! Took $2000 from me, and I’m left with nothing. Had to shave my head. Terrible!!!!

I have just relocated to Austin in August and finding a new place for hair was a great concern. After visiting several places upon my arrival, that concern was intensified. Each place I visited was not only limited on services provided, but it was clear there was going to be no personal connection. By luck, Stormy was my last hope and after my first consultation, I knew this was the place for me. Right from the start there was not only that personal connection I was looking for, but a genuine concern for meeting my needs as a person. Stormy provides so many options with an open honesty always keeping your best interest and need at the forefront. I have been a client at Imagine Hair since October and couldn't be happier. Whenever I come to my appointment, I feel like so much more than just a "client". Anyone who depends on these types of hair needs know that you require much more than a regular salon. It is with a great deal of pleasure that I can say Stormy is the best! If you are reading this then probably you or someone you know is experiencing hair loss and you know it is a hard place to be. I started seeing Stormy some 19 years ago and she has patiently walked me through the different stages as my needs have changed. . I can recommend her with all my heart and tell you if you are going through this, she is the expert you seek. Five stars are not enough .HEG

Can not even begin to express how happy I am with the results from Stormy and Imagine Hair. Best decision I've made for myself in a very long time, and can't believe how fantastic the product and overall experience was. The only complaint you'll have here is with yourself.....for waiting.

Stormy and Jen have been great to work with. I had some very specific requirements that could not be met with any of her existing products so Stormy actually invented something new. I'm very pleased with both the color match, and the natural look and feel of my product.
