This will be my 3rd year renting an instrument from Jason's Music Center for my son who's now in 5th grade. I rented him a new saxophone(last-minute) and I did the entire sign-up online. It was super fast & easy. But I had a quick question so I called the store to verify everything and they actually answered the phone 5 minutes before they were set to open! These guys are customer service rock stars! Friendly, knowledgeable with affordable pricing.....I tell everyone look no further for their kids rental needs. Thanks guys!
Steve Cohen was great to work with. He really knows his business and helped guide me to the right piano. He quickly assessed where I am musically and what kind of piano would be good for my situation, and he very patiently answered my questions and helped me think it through. Highly recommended!

Can't say enough good things about Jason's! I played piano many years ago but knew nothing practical about purchasing pianos. Thankfully Steve was able to explain the vital differences and point in me in just the right direction for my needs. He let me try out anything on the floor, so I had no regrets. Definitely come in and check them out!
Such friendly and wonderful service! We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get my son's viola for school. We were in and out in under 15 minutes and they were so helpful and nice! We even got a special "Cub Scout" discount. These guys are the best if you need anything music related!!
This is a wonderful store for someone who not only wants to buy a piano, but loves music and wants to be in the presence of owners who do too. Piano salesmanship is not a mere job but a calling to Steve and his associates. They want to put the "right" piano in the "right" hands, and will listen closely to what your needs are and where your (and your family's) musical journey might be headed before they suggest anything. If Debbie the technician is in, she will gladly (and proudly) inform you of the work she has done to make your potential piano as good as it can be. The showroom is a bright, pleasant space with great floors! (It used to be the headquarters for a flooring company.) The pianos look beautiful in this setting. We are very pleased with the deal we got, and look forward to all future matters (delivery, tuning, warranty considerations, etc.) with total confidence.
I have been blown away by the customer service at Jason's. I discovered the store when I was looking to lease a violin for my daughter's music program. Their lease options are affordable, and they promptly had everything ready for pick up. The staff knowledgeably answered my questions. They gave full attention to each customer, and did not rush anyone.
The selection of pianos is very wide ranging at this store. Having played for several years in school, I was coming in to look at buying a piano. Steve was excellent at helping me with this task. He showed me several different style of pianos and all within my price range! He was very informed about the individual pianos and answered any question I had. Although I did not walk out with a piano today, I can see buying a piano from Jasons Music Center in my future.
Just bought a piano from them today! My parents had been shopping around for a digital hybrid piano for weeks, and we'd visited just about every single piano dealer around Maryland. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and even taught us a lot about the history and specific characteristics of digital piano sampling and build. Gave absolutely no pressure, but after he showed us the pianos and gave us his take on them, we were sold! In short, this is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable dealers in the area, with great prices to boot! They have a wide range of pianos from many makers for all levels of players, and even the used ones all sound magnificent. You can tell they truly care about what they do! Highly recommend, best place to buy hands down.
