This place is great!!! It was my very first time there . I just bought a used 1985 Dx-3000 Panasonic bike at a yard sale for $50 and trust me when I say this , but it looked like a $50 bike. I took it in to be assessed by the staff on a Sunday morning at opening. They promptly went over it thoroughly and made all necessary adjustments , re wrapped the handle bars, put on safety lights, put on storage bag under seat, inflated tires to proper level, and then returned the bike to me totally transformed. My bike went from $looking like a $50 bike to a $400 in a matter of hours and thanks to the gear adjustments, (that I didn’t even ask for ), it runs very smoothly. There staff went above and beyond for me and I will never forget that.😊hats off !!!🎩customer for life.

Great bike shop! I came to Joe's for a custom build in October 2018 after a prolonged and frustrating experience with my corner bike shop left me looking for alternatives. Couldn't be happier with the switch! Gage and the rest of the Fells Point team were professional and responsive throughout the whole process. In just over a month, they put together beautiful custom build specced with premium components -- and all within spitting distance of my original budget.
I found Joe so pleasant to work with: patient, knowledgeable, and genuine. I look forward to coming back here.

Best bike shop ever. Staff expertise is unsurpassed. And best prices on new bikes and repairs. They are FAIR, they don't try to do stuff that you don't need!
A few weeks back I crashed. Kyle came across the street to where I had parked to meet me, get my bike and make sure I was able to actually drive home. It took me a few weeks to heal up, in the meantime they fixed my bike and had it ready for me when I was ready to ride again. How Kyle treated me is an example of how all businesses would like their employees to treat their customers. I will give them all my business going forward. You should too. Thanks Joe!
It was our first time in this bike shop. Looking for my daughters first bike at 5 years old is not the easiest task. We left with a very happy 5 year old and her new Trek bike. We delt with Joe the owner who could have not been more accommodating to our 3 young kids at his store. He even took the time to explain to our inquisitive girls about the shark exhibit he had in the store. Super nice local store that I recommend supporting if you have the chance.
