Last week I Had the pleasure to meet Morgan and Dr Yu!! Morgan, is the sweetest and very professional on what she does explaining everything and makes you feel at home! I had a nose filler and chin Dr. Yu, really made me feel so so comfortable and explained every detail and what was best for me!! The Procedure was not painful and I loved the outcome!! Definitely going back! 100% Recommendable!!!!

I wanted to improve the look of my protruding ears through the Otoplasty surgical operation for quite some time. I decided to do a consultation with Dr. Yu to learn about my options and to also learn more about the surgery I was wanting to have done. My experience with the doctor and staff was excellent. The office is super clean and also has a very welcoming design. Morgan at the front is also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The results are awesome. I feel so much better about myself and more confident overall. I’m glad I did this surgery with Dr. Yu. Not much pain post-op. He was also very gentle when he was removing the sutures. Incredible doctor and staff overall. I’m so happy that I went with Dr. Yu! I look better now, and when you look better, you feel better… and when you feel better you tend to do things better. Definitely recommend!

I turned 28 this year and started noticing that the lines on my forehead and in between my eyebrows were becoming more prominent even when I used makeup to try to cover them up. After doing research on botox injections, I choose Dr. Yu because of his experience. His staff was friendly and explained everything in detail. The process took 30 minutes from check-in to check-out. I love my results and plan on getting additional botox in the future to keep up my results.

I chose Dr. Yu because I Iiked that he was closer to the Leon Springs area instead of me having to drive to the Medical Center or Stone Oak area. When I went in for a consultation I felt very welcomed by the receptionist and Dr. Yu was very welcoming himself. He took photos of what I was wanting to get done and explained everything that he would want to do and see if I was on board with it all. I didn't feel pressured at all to make a commitment, but I knew I wanted to have the procedure done by him. I highly recommend him and of course I love the results. I'm still healing, but I'm very happy. He also had his receptionist personally deliver some beautiful flowers to my front door. I plan on going back to Dr. Yu for any further surgeries.

I must say I am not surprised with the 5 star reviews Dr. Yu receives. Unfortunately, for me personally it was not the experience I was expecting. Being in the “medical industry” for nearly 18 years I’m very well aware of the importance of patient care. I must be clear, I was very pleased with Dr. Yu’s bedside manners and expertise. However, I couldn’t help to feel a bit deceived by his surgery coordinator. Reason being, prior to scheduling my appointment back in May, I asked about the “consultation fee”...to which she explained it was $100.00, and in the event I would not go through with the surgery I would be able to use the $100 as a credit for future service(s) rendered. Well, after Dr. Yu confirmed my surgery was not cosmetic but a medical necessity, I then called my Insurance which to my surprise they would cover my surgery with certain rules to follow. I called and spoke to the “surgery coordinator” to let her know. Needless to say, she did not sound happy. She then stated she would verify with Dr. Yu if this would even be an option for me...I have yet to hear from her.

Dr Yu is wonderful. I went in wanting fillers for an area, and he took my photos and showed me on the computer screen what it would look like. He then suggested an alternative and showed me what that would look like, which is what I choose. I appreciate his kind honesty. A friend was exploring a solution for another problem, and they were upfront that yes, it would work, but there are less expensive options they could provide. Dr Yu is very skilled and talented (being double board certified). The office and staff are also very welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend him to anyone.
