In 2008, Koldkist was acquired by Arctic Glacier Inc. a leading producer, marketer and distributor of high-quality packaged ice.

Whoever say's the water tastes bad is lying. This is flat out the best water you can buy. My boy friend and I signed up recently and wished we'd done it a lot sooner

This is the worst water I have ever has the displeasure of tasting. It literally reminds me of water filled in a hose in a backyard with a dash of bleach for flavor. Oh - and when you cancel service, they will pick up your unused water and NOT give you a credit for it!!!

Have been a customer about a year now and never had a complaint. Water tastes great, friendly customer service and always on time. Best of all it is the most affordable bottled water that delivers in my area.

Sometimes the water tasted fine, but every once in a while I'd get a batch that tasted similar to what water would taste like if it had been sitting in a garden hose for a long period of time. I don't know if it means that a filter is being used too long but the quality is unacceptable. Other than that, delivery is usually fast enough and their customer service is decent.

Unable to get the company to respond to my request for service. I call, the lady says "someone will get in touch with you later today or tomorrow" - nobody ever calls me back. Not ever. 3-4 months running now. Every time I call and say, "Hi it's me again" I can hear the lady cringing. They know they're horrible, they know their service is the worst, but they don't care. Unfortunately, there are no other ice distribution companies in the Portland area, so we are all SOL.

I have been a customer for about six months and wanted to write a review because of my satisfaction with Koldkist. I was shocked to read some of the other comments and find them VERY hard to believe. First of all; The water adheres to the International Bottled Water Association guidelines as well as those set forth by the state and local regulators. Second; the water comes from Bull Run, one of the best fresh water sources for drinking in the country. It's by far the best water around. Absolutely do not believe for one minute the water tastes anything but phenomenal. As far as I'm concerned, the other negative com-mentors are having a bad day. Try Koldkist if you REALLY want to know what the best water around tastes like. I guarantee it! P.S.> I have found through experience, what I eat or have eaten effects the way my water tastes?
