Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. The only good thing about this place is that they have a really nice phlebotomist. The receptionist seems bothered to greet people and shouldnt be dealing with people. The doctors are all about the $$$$$ here and you have to wait on them for everything! You'll have to wait several months to see the doctors here. Then they make you wait 45-90 mins on your appointment day before they see you. They rush thru talking to you. They have you do a bunch of unnecessary tests to get more $$$$$ and make you wait even longer for those tests. Expect to make your doctor appointment here an all day event. On top of it all, Dr. Naya Mckinnon is completely rude when talking about her patients to staff in the back when she thinks she can not be heard up in the front waiting lobby. I understand she went to med school to be a rheumatologist but that doesnt mean she has to be egotistic and passive aggressive towards both her patients and staff. So not professional! I will never be returning!

This practice has literally saved my life. It may take a little longer to see the dr but that is because they are so in demand! Dr. Naya McKinnon is theBEST in Vegas. I should know,I have been to quite a few. Dr. Mabel Gonzalez is a great primary care dr. And if you are sick the fantastic office staff can usually get you in within 24 hours! That NEVER happens with HPN! So I would highly recommend this medical practice!

Look elsewhere. You wait 45-90 minutes before your doctor comes in. McKinnon (guy) just tries to finish as soon as possible and doesn’t care about what you even say. Seems like he has no concern for the patient. They try and get you to pay right for your appointment right when you walk in the door. Glad I left! Don’t believe me...you’ll soon see.

After driving 40 minutes from Henderson I was denied a visit because I was literally 2 minutes past the grace period yet...I've been forced to wait up to 45 minutes to be seen. Other than that they're ok. I'm still new to the Vegas area so I'm not familiar with doctors. Been going off referrals from my pcp.
