A New Orleans native, Dr. Laurie Boquet Dory received a B.S. in Biology from the University of New Orleans where she graduated summa cum laude. She completed her first year of medical school at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. After getting married, Dr. Dory transferred to the University of Tennessee, Memphis, College of Medicine where she completed her medical education in June of 1989, graduating with High Honors.

Rude woman answered the phone and when I asked for HR she told me they don't have one and hung up as I was speaking. RUDE!!!
Dr. Dory has provided expert eye care for me and my family for the past seven years. She is always pleasant and is an expert ophthalmologist. As a primary care physician, I have referred many of my patients to her and have been very satisfied with the care they received. I recommend her without reservation.
Dr. Dory was covering call for my ophthamologist surgeon who left on vacation shortly after my surgery. My bandages had come off and Dr. Dory met me at her office on a Sunday to put on fresh bandages. She also went an extra step and checked my vision. Her reassurance that everything was looking good and rewrapping my bandages made me feel much better. She was also very kind during the whole process. Thank you Dr. Dory.
