Chad Christian was great to work with. I told him where we needed to be and we worked together to get there. He also worked around our schedule and went the extra mile for us. I am not a fan of the location so Chad adjusted for me. Have to say....I have been loyal to another dealership for many many years until now!! NINE car loyal. THAT says a whole lot!! Purchasers beware for Subaru’s and anything potentially tuned. Bought a 15 WRX from them a couple months back without knowing the ECM was married and thE manager from this store named Marcus litterally told me “if you had bought this car off Craigslist, the seller wouldn’t be responsible for it so why would you ask us to be responsible.” $1,200 out of pocket to unflash the system, let alone I also had to replace the battery and an AC compressor. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM LEIF JOHNSON NOR WILL A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER OF MINE.
During first week of October I was searching for a different suv. My daughter found 2 in Austin at Leif Johnson. She called and talked to A salesman, Abram Nunez, and told him the price I was looking to spend, the mileage on vehicle and the amount of payment I needed. We got to Leif Johnson Ford Superstore and Abram was waiting for us with both cars parked in front. I have purchased several cars and travel trailers and never had such a good experience. There was no pressuring like most salesmen use. I paid the price I wanted and the mileage I wanted and they kept the payment where I needed it to be. If you need a vehicle go see Abram.
Super laid back and very easy to deal with. Had the car I wanted at a better price than anyone in Texas. Clarence was a great salesman, definitely ask for him if you're in the market for a new-to-you car.

I will start out by saying I am very satisfied with the amount of time and patients that Abram Nunez had with me and my long search of finding the right vehicle for me! He was very responsive! Kept in contact with me every day of the week until I found the perfect car for me. He sent me new listings that were in my price range and never gave up on me or ensuring I had the right car available to test drive around my time schedule. He was great! Very honest and he made sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. The vehicle I wanted to look at had a donut tire and I had asked if that was something that could be fixed if I had choose to buy it and even before I test drive it He pointed out to me that it was already fixed and that was my only concern, so After I seen the new tire and test drove the car I fell in love with it! I will definitely buy from Leif again and if your looking for a vehicle Abram is very helpful, his customer service is outstanding and he will make sure your satisfied and find the right car for you! Great service stayed open late on a Saturday for me and my wife to fo buy a car. Me and my wife saw a car online calles told them we wanted it started the paper work and me and my wife drove from San Antonio ro Austin to buy car. Great great service
