Needed warranty repair when my car was 10 years old. Was not sure whether they would honor the warranty. They did, no questions asked! Zero cost. Heard many stories about dealerships that are reluctant to honor warranty. Not this one. Very satisfied.
Dealing with Joe Walsh was great! Very pleasant and communicated very well. Had me in and out in a very short time.
I went in to get my inspection sticker, which is due in March. I was surprised to see while picking up my car that my new sticker expires next February, not in March. I paid for a 12-month sticker, not one for 11 months. I told my service person about this and he said that there was a problem in getting the right sticker. Why in the world didn’t he tell me that when I came in??? I would have waited until the legally correct sticker - that I paid for - was ready. What else bothers me about all of this is that he never told me the wrong sticker was on my car - I found it myself. He certainly knew about the problem, but said absolutely nothing about it until I brought the situation up to him. That is deceitful and wrong. I asked if Prime is going to replace my sticker when the right ones are loaded into your machines - he told me to call in advance. I expect to get the sticker I paid for soon - one that runs 12 months, not 11. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the state. I know I am not the only one who had this problem today - I saw two more people in the parking lot complaining about the same issue. This is just plain wrong and massively dishonest. Up until today, I have been happy with all of my experiences at Prime. Pulling this type of dishonest stunt on customers today - not telling us when we arrive you have an inspection sticker problem before authorizing getting the sticker - is very disappointing. I expect better from you- and I also expect a new sticker - at no additional cost. I expect to receive what I paid for.
Salesperson Ginette was awesome stayed with me every step of the way it was very impressive as was Odom who stayed until 9:30 to get my paper work done. I am very appreciative of both. On a scale from 1-10 they were 10’s all the way. THANK YOU!

My Toyota has almost 128,000 miles. Service Rep. Reed was pleasant and professional. The $25.00 oil change coupon expired 2/8/19 & Reed was able to accept this coupon. After the various recommendations were added the suggested cost was over $900. Get a 2nd opinion or order parts online is what I do for my older model car. Oil change was just over an hour.
As always, Joe Walsh was extremely helpful. I have had a number of positive experiences bringing my car to him. The last time I came in with my new car he arranged for someone to go through all the accessories, and options with me because I was confused. With my former car he had found an applicable item on my warranty that saved me a lot of money. Today he was friendly, personable, and explained clearly everything that was done and assessed.

I recently bought a new car and am more than pleased with the help I received in picking out my car, Natasha Alexandre was my salesperson, however, to make sure that I was more than pleased Abdel Diagne came to talk with me to be sure I was very happy. I cannot tell you what a pleasant experience it was. They do not say what they will do, if they cannot follow through with it. I highly recommend this dealership.
