Recently having moved to Atlanta, last week was my first scheduled maintenance to my 2018 Mercedes. My experience was A+. Aiden was my Service coordinator, he is smart, polite, and a very good communicator. In inspecting the vehicle with the scheduled maintenance, a nail was found in one of my tires near the rim in an area that made a repair out of the question. I needed a new tire. Thank you guys for taking great care of me and my vehicle!
Scott is a very professional and knowledgable sales consultant. He communicates well and develops trust and honesty with his customers. He is responsive and follows through with his promise to stay committed. It was a pleasure working with him!

I purchased my very first Mercedes and realized why so many folks own a Mercedes over other much larger American vehicles. It is the service you receive as a Mercedes owner. James Penney, Director of Service at Mercedes of Buckhead, is by far one of the kindest and most gracious gentleman you could meet in a world filled with less caring and calloused people. I would highly recommend servicing your vehicle here based on my personal experience with James and my service concierge, Jason King. Every member of their service team makes you feel like a special guest each and every time you arrive for service. Thank you, MBB!
At the end of December, I hit a pretty significant pothole in Midtown Atlanta. At first my car seemed fine, but about a week later I started to notice some vibration when driving on the highway at a higher rate of speed. I did not see any visible damage to the tires, but since I was due for a Service B inspection anyways, I assumed that if there was something wrong with a tire, Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead would find it. On January 5, 2019, I took my car for its Service B inspection, which costs me $350 + tax. There was no mention of an issue with a tire. Three days later, while again driving on the highway, I feel the vibration again. I continue to feel it over the next couple days, so I took my car to get a second opinion at Firestone on January 11, 2019. After conducting a $25 inspection, Firestone discovers that the inside of my front right rim is dented and has began to slice through the tire. Shocked that Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead didn't see that, I called them while I was still at Firestone. I was completely dismissed and told that it must have happened in the six days since I left there. I know exactly when it happened and I know that the damage was present when MB of Buckhead inspected my car, which makes me think that no one ever removed the tires and actually checked. The costs to replace the rim and tire will run me approximately $850, but that is not the main point of me writing this, as even if MB of Buckhead had discovered the damage on January 5th, I would still have to pay the replacement costs. The reason I am writing this is because God forbid I did not go get that second opinion from Firestone. Imagine what could have happened if that tire exploded while I'm driving down the highway, because I was left to believe everything was fine by MB of Buckhead.
My experience at the wonderful Mercedes Benz of Buckhead was spectacular!! Mr Ronnie Hill, Paula Clark and Toni Graham exceeded my expectations. They worked tirelessly to get me into the vehicle I wanted. The knowledge, professionalism and experience from this team is everything customers should have in their buying experience. I will return to purchase another vehicle in the future.
Arvin was very professional and friendly. He explained all the services clearly and answered my questions about GPS software. I always enjoy bringing my car to be serviced here because of the quality of service I receive. After every service, my car interior is vacuumed and wiped down and that is a huge plus for me since I never have the time to do it myself.
I came into the dealership, with idea about What I want it to buy the car for and what my trade in was worth. Mr. Malcolm was very professional and took the time to educate me the car buying process and lead me in the right direction he gave me time to think about a purchase and weight out my options and provide me with the some sound financial advice. It proved to meet is not all about the sale but he actually care about me as a person and delivering a great deal. I will definitely be a return customer.
Single handily the most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have ever made! Thank you to Jeff, Ben, John, Jason and Andrew! You are all tremendous! No it does not take five people to sell a vehicle but each one of them made us feel welcome and like being at “Home” A big Thank You to the entire Mercedes Benz of Buckhead Company and Staff!
