The service appointment was great and things moved quickly. The only thing I miss Ford because they washed and vacuumed the car before giving it back to me. I don’t like the Corolla lease it’s too long and I’d rather be upgraded. Otherwise the service was good.

Service dept. Good service and easy to work. From getting call for car service schedule.and reminder call. Everything is good. Just phone signal in waiting room. Receive weak signal on phone. Wish have Free WiFi. Other than that. Very good service .

Excellent service as usual. My experience with Lipton Toyota has always been a great experience. The service advisors work at providing great customer service, specifically my service providers Andrew Baptiste & Andy Gutierrez. I’ve been taking my vehicle for servicing to Lipton for 14 years and will continue to frequent the dealership.

Alex Matos was the best, best, best service advisor!! His commitment to excellence, customer service, friendliness and responsiveness were first tier. I was extremely impressed with him, and very grateful for his help. I needed a ride home from the facility and a ride back after the service. Alex took care of everything. The sales manager Mounir is amazing, such a great person overall, honest considerate, respectful! Everyone else was also very nice and pleasant to be around. While on a spring road trip with my son, my vehicle had some accelerator issues. Lipton Toyota let me park my airstream(unoccupied) for the night in their secure lot for the night while waiting for a part. They called me early the next morning to tell me that I was good to go!!! So impressed with the management (Andrew) in how fast they got me on my way!!! Thank you to a great team!

Great experience at Lipton Toyota. Alex was a pleasure to meet and work with. He handled the issues with my car with professionalism and a positive attitude. He made me feel like I was coming to see a friend. This location was close to me and was definitely worth the visit. I also spoke to Chris as I needed a rental car while my car was serviced. I was treated very nicely and with such great customer services. Both treated me like I was a part of a family, Alex and Chris are definitely assets at this Toyota location and I highly recommend a visit. thank you for the great experience. And I'm not kidding! From my salesperson Jorge to the great assistance I received from the financing department, Lipton Motors went above and beyond my expectations! I've had my car now 48 hours and I'm loving it! I wasn't pressured into anything and they knew I had parameters I had to stay Within and I still left with a car not to mention a late model! I highly recommend Lipton Toyota for any one looking for a new or used car you won't be disappointed!
