I wish I could give the place 5 stars but the ONLY thing that I disliked was the fact that I was told I was going to be getting my glasses within a week or even less. It literally took 2 weeks for me to get my glasses. The service is amazing, super friendly staff & the doctor I saw was great. I would definitely recommend this place but the downside is the fact that it takes too long for one to receive the glasses & I didn't appreciate getting lied too.
I love this office ur in and out for pick ups and in and out first timers I been here 25 year,very one is very help when need them and ask a question. Wonderful place to take ur kids to.
The eye doctor was super nice, you don't have to wait too long if you make an appointment, and it was close by to my house.
WORST PLACE EVER.. I DONT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! REALLY BUSY, BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE, ALL THEY WANT IS YOU TO PAY FOR YOUR EYE EXAM. WANT EVERYTHING IN A HURRY .. NOT PATIENT AT ALL..😤😤🙅🙅 OHH BY THE WAY THE EYE DOCTOR CANT TELL YOUR EYE VISION. SHE ONLY ASK YOU IS THAT OK LIKE IF WE KNOW OUR EYES NUMBER.. BAD AND WORST PLACE..
I've been coming here for years but its time to find a new optometrist. Wait times are eternal. They take on to many patients. If you have an appointment you'll still wait about an hour. If you walk in you'll wait two hours. Ridiculous...
Charged me for an "eye exam" without performing an actual eye exam .. they put in contact "trials" that arnt my priscription .. at the end of the day, they gave me my same old priscription WITHOUT AN EXAM JUST A NEW DATE AND CHARGED ME $80 .. DONT COME HERE, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN FOR THE AIR YOU BREATHE .. AND THE WAIT, 2 HOURS MINIMUM EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT.
Out of the entire staff there is only one nice person in here. Everyone else is rude and has this nasty look in their face. Not coming here again. Gave 2 stars because of that 1 guy who gave my daughter her glasses and actually seemed to have manners.
Excellent service. I was a walk-in patient and was seen by the doctor within 30 minutes. Great selection of frames to pick from. Staff is very patient and courteous. I was so pleased, I booked my children appointments. Go SEE them lol.
My glasses broke just before an important meeting, and I could not go to my eye doctor and get back in time. I went there to get my frames repaired, and they did a great job. The front desk is overwhelmed, its a very tough corner, with a lot of noise and rude people, but they pulled it off really well, thank you
As a young teen this place gave me my first experience in the work force. The people working there were pleasant, there the glasses were afforable and fashionable. Today 50 years later L.A Eye Clinic and Center is still the place for afforable, fashionable eye ware. If it is Designer Eye ware you desire. L.A. EYE CLINIC AND CENTER IS THE PLACE!!
