Mark Constantine and Liz Weir first met in the early ‘70s while working at a beauty salon in the tiny seaside town of Poole, England. Mark was a trichologist (an expert in the science of the hair and scalp) and Liz was a beauty therapist. Both were interested in natural beauty products, so decided to create a business of their own.

Love their products and the staff at this location were very helpful and friendly.
Life-changing. Surreal. I got a soap bar that glows in the dark while the other is a jelly. What? Come on. Try the bath bombs if you a real man. I dare you.
Super friendly staff. Store is small, but Chicago real estate is hard to come by. Great location, easy to get to via blue line/damen bus. Love Lush and their products!

My Grand daughter loves all the pretty bath bombs. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they let her sample some bath bombs which made her day! I will definitely bring her back.
Lush is an incredible cosmetic store, great service, expensive but worth the price.
Your standard lush where the staff is very helpful, too helpful if you prefer to browse solo. I personally like the tailored assistance. I come here for their shampoo and conditioner bars which are a fabulous way of going plastic free without compromising the quality. I enjoyed the staffs help of walking me through other plastic free options and telling me more about their recycling programs.
My boyfriend loves Lush. He always brings me in to try out different scrubs and stuff. The staff is always friendly and helpful

Always loved Lush. No matter the location, it's always a hell of a store. I've been to the original locations in England and even the international locations in the US I've been to fully match up. Which is a testament to the high quality of the company. Their products are definitely expensive, but you're paying for high quality and original items. Bathroom items aren't even something I'm interested in, but this place always has me interested for a solid 20mins or so. I recommend going for the interesting products and scents. You may even find something you can't resist.
