I have a strong feeling of support with Mr MacLean, for the past years I have been through many lawyers never feeling that they had the backbones necessary to get it done. Mr MacLean believes that children do not forfeit the love and guidance of two caring parents just because of separation, he was the lead counsel in Young V Young the leading Canadian case on maximum contact by children to both parents and believes shared custody promotes the best outcome for children and allows for both the parents and children to win. Passionate, focussed, tireless and intelligent he puts in a lot of energy which makes you believe in brighter days. Highly recommended for Calgary complex and high conflict cases he is the one to get things to move along with haste. Stop wondering who to hire and finally begin your journey with confidence. He is knowledgable and understands alienation, which ultimately will protect your child's best interest.
This is the best family law firm I have come across. I have required their services twice in the past and both times I have been treated with respect and curtosy. My lawyer was very up-front and honest who treated me like person whose case mattered. My lawyer is Jeff from FSJ. He is very personable, easy to get along with, and makes a difficult situation simplified for someone who has limited knowledge of court system.
Peter Graburn was amazing! Was able to settle my issue before the court date and protected my best interest. Highly recommend!

I can't begin to say how disappointed I was with this firm. I was with them for about six months for a family law issue. In that time, I sent the lawyer four emails with questions and received no response four times. After months of nothing happening, there finally was a phone meeting with my arbitrator and the lawyers that I was not told about (before or after) but no meeting time was ever set. In six months, we never had an actual meeting with the arbitrator and my son's issues were never addressed. I finally asked the lawyer to transfer my file to another lawyer in the firm and they refused so I cut my losses (and the thousands that I paid them) and moved on. The money that I lost is frustrating but it pales in comparison to the time that I missed out on with my only son.
I would highly recommend Mr.Peter Graburn. His knowledge of real estate law, family law and genuine caring nature was pivotal in getting my family through the untimely death of my husband. Peter and his team helped us get our affairs in order in record time . I really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail and guidance through the whole process.

I had the same experience as Rod. Peter is highly unresponsive, doesn’t pay attention to detail, and does not have any sense of urgency whatsoever. There are many great family lawyers out there who actually care about their Clients - Peter Graburn is not one of them. I would highly recommend that you do NOT retain his services.
