They were great , my son had a great party everyone was happy and asking for the number to the company so they can use them. thank you so much for a great party.
The bounce house was not cleaned from the event before. I found candy wrappers, there was dirt mulch and leaves all along the bottom, and it had a strong smell of bar b q. My husband had to rush to use our leaf blower to clean it out shortly before the party started. The spider man character was low energy and didn't do much to entertain the kids. Luckily my son was only turning 3 so he didn't notice too much. I had hoped for more energy and entertainment for $125 an hour. I will never use this company again and will tell others not to use them.
For my daughter birthday party I rent the ponies ride, very cute and kids friendly, they arrived on time, very nice customer services, totally recommend it.
We used Magical Moments this past weekend and I was very happy with the results. We rented a bounce house and kid's chairs and tables and everything was brought on time. Also, I spoke to Martha on the phone following the event, and she was very pleasant. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend and use this company again in the future.
This company maintained great communication with me, were very friendly and delivered exactly what I ordered. I will be using them again and have already referred them to people at my party. Thank you for making my son's birthday a success.
Arrived on time. Used for petting zoo. Attendants and animals were great. Only issue was used for a 1st birthday and some kids were scared of the larger animals but overall everyone had a good time. It should be noted they do not clean up after animals (pony poop left in grass area)

Great service! The bounce houses are always clean and the animals always look healthy and clean. I’ve booked a few rentals with your company and I’m always blown away as to how you always seem to have a bounce house that matches the theme. Great bounce house selection and package options. Next year I will definitely book you guys for my sons 5th birthday I have my eye on the petting zoo package.

I wanted to share how thrilled I was with the services I received from Magical Moments! The bounce house was in great shape and kept all the kids very busy! They have a huge selection to choose from and I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a fair price. The ponies were also beautiful and the handler's were great. They were so friendly with all of the kids and had them trotting around the whole time. My guests kept saying these were the best pony rides their kids had ever had. Thanks for helping to make my twins 5th birthday one they will never forget!
