Dr. Bennett is a Georgia native whose enthusiasm for medicine began at Clark College in 1976 where he graduated summa cum laude. After receiving his medical degree from Duke University in 1979, Dr. Bennett attended Emory University, where he completed an internship in surgery and a residency in urology. His enthusiasm continues today through the establishment of a urology practice providing quality health care.

not a very welcoming experience, i was simply moved from one waiting room to a room where i waited an hour then a scheduling room for 30 min. i maybe saw the doctor for 10 min. even though i was handled by 4 people.

I saw Dr. Foote and was very satisfied with my experience. The physician and staff were very friendly. The office has parking and is in a very convenient location in Midtown.

Though the surgery I had was fine, Dr. Jenelle Foote is not a very compassionate or caring person in my opinion, which I had hoped when seeing the rewards she has earned over the years. I am in another minority group and had hoped she would be willing to understand our struggles and help make our lives a little easier for the people who also suffer from my condition. Eventually, I ended having to go to another physician after my surgery, which just added an unnecessary step to the whole process. *I have all the necessary documents to prove I have been a patient at this location.

Great office and staff. Welcomes you from the time you ring the bell to when you step off the elevator. I live in St. Croix, Virgin Islands, but made an appointment with them before I left. They were very accommodating and find an opening before I left. Great follow up with a phone call to the Virgin Islands to tell me the results.

Terrible front desk customer service. Nasty attitudes and not very consultative or informative. I expect to be educated when I ask certain questions. Not to be made to feel like I'm a nuisance. I'm glad my wife canceled my appointment before I could go. It takes very little effort to just be nice. Thanks

As a visitor with my spouse, I can only attest to the cleanliness of the lobby area and friendliness of the front staff. Seems professional and knowledgeable of office etiquette. Lobby was clean and spacious.

Positives: Dr. Foote is very knowledgeable and does a good job explaining things, Clean office, friendly receptionist, and plenty of parking. Negatives: Appointments are pointless here because you will not be called back for a minimum of 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time - they know how to take the appointment, but don’t seem to understand what an appointment actually is. Additionally, once you finally get called back you do not see the doctor, but instead the PA(s). They are trying to do their job and learn, but really have a lot of learning opportunity because they provide basic recommendations that the average person already knows. Lastly, I was convinced to get surgery and haven’t seen the doctor post-surgery one single time. In short, I don’t recommend visiting Midtown Urology.
