So happy with my service! There is nothing like your AC going out in July but Moncrief came to the rescue! I called first thing in the morning and had someone come out and fix my unit the same day. They were great! They explained the issue and gave me a quote before fixing the unit. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat!!

Moncrief sent out a tech the same day to fix my air conditioning. Since it was a day in the 90s, I expected they might not be able to send someone out that quickly, so that was a huge relief. The tech they sent, Mariano, was so professional and nice. He was also on the quiet side when he came in the house, which I really appreciate appreciated. He explained what was wrong and what he would have to do to fix the problem. No BS. The time and cost estimates he gave were accurate. It was a pretty costly procedure, but I felt it was worth it. I would definitely call them back if I have any more problems with my heating or air.

The workers at Moncrief were excellent! Amy, the one who answers the phone was courteous, helpful, and worked really hard to make sure I was able to get my air fixed the same day! The gentleman who came and worked on my unit was respectful, kind, and even taught me what was going on throughout the process. What a great experience! I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a very good experience with Moncrief today. The tech was very courteous and took the time to explain to me my AC needs. Although the news wasn’t necessarily good news, he was still able to offer us an option to keep my family comfortable until our parts arrive.

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and punctual are the words I would use to describe Moncrief and their technicians. I was interested in changing my hvac company and they delivered! I called, I was lucky enough to get a technician out the same day, and I couldn’t be happier. This company is definitely one to call if you want professional, competent service.

Moncrief is ALWAYS the best! Their technicians are efficient and knowledgeable (Thank you Barry and Stephen!), their service is impeccable, and their service plan is faultless. I’ve been using this company for years for everything from new equipment (make sure Ken does your assessment!) to service calls and maintenance visits. Amazing. Thank you Moncrief!

I was referred to a Moncrief by my boss who has used them for years and been impressed by their quality of service. I had a technician (James ) come to my apartment on 4/23/2017 to look at my existing unit so he could give me a quote to replace it. I informed him I was in a bit of a rush because I wanted to replace before the real heat hit. He told me It would take about 6 weeks to get the system in but that he would go ahead and send me a quote. I still wanted to work with them despite the lead time because of all of the positive reviews I had heard.

We had them come out to check the system not do a diagnostic. The sales guy James was awesome. Incredibly nice but also knowledgeable and no non sense. He was very honest and wasn’t just looking for a sale. We may get a new system - I will update my review after that. Ask for James!

I’ve loved my new AC unit (3yrs) and Moncrief has been very professional. I have had issues with condensation collecting in the air duct insulation. So much so that the insulation was saturated with water. This condition was going on prior to the installation of my new ac unit, three years ago. However, Moncrief re-insulated the entire duct work as well as added additional return ducks, increasing air flow. They also performed other repairs to correct the condensed water issue. I hope the work performed today will solve the water issues, however none of the saturated insulation was removed. Moncrief wanted to charge me again to replace the insulation. I refused because I’m not satisfied that the real issue was corrected. (That of the water accumulation)

Moncrief was an excellent company from start to finish of our new system install. We had our a/c unit, furnace, and water heater replaced, and they offered the best price and payment option than any of the other companies that gave us a quote. They came out quickly to the house so we didn’t have to continue sweltering in the brutal July heat. Ken, the engineer that came out, was professional, personable, and recommended quality products without trying to up-sell us on products we didn’t need. The technicians were also friendly and professional and got the job done perfectly in one day. I would highly recommend Moncrief to anyone in or around Atlanta looking for any heating/cooling work.
