Review & Rating
Always get the rock star treatment and left alone to contemplate decisions, priceless
Great service with knowledgeable people who seem passionate about music. Full service music center with instruments (new and used), repair, sheet music, lessons and some good advice.
Friendly clerks, service was good, fair price but of COURSE trade in is NOT worth it. Better to sell musical instruments yourself.
Great staff. Everyone is helpful. Prices are fair. Family run and owned. That will always beat out big box stores like Guitar Center or online stores. Family focus making America great again.
My husband bought my Martin there, I have taken my Ltd Edition Wildcat there for servicing (though it was not purchased there) and the luthier did a phenomenal job and they didn't snub me for not purchasing it there. Buy much of my equipment & music there and send my husband back when he needs a gift idea. HE loves that they never charge the price it's marked at as it's always lower!!
Was able to identify everything I needed in the matter of minutes. Staff was awesome!
I have been buying all sorts of instruments and sound equipment from Music center. The guys are musicians, really know their stuff and are honest and fair with great prices. Definitely prefer them over national chains.
I just happen to pass by went in to check it out prices were good very customer friendly and helpful
Where I got my Epiphone, and where I plan on getting more instruments, really amazing, if you're in the area and you need an instrument, go here
I first bought a pair of speakers a few months back, I called up and talk to Steve about a specific cord conversion I needed to get them to work without an interface, and he had it. I then just went back recently to purchase an interface and Steve helped me once again and was very helpful. I was more than happy to give them my somewhat expensive purchase vs online because of how helpful they are, and the prices on the things I bought were great.
The people upstairs are really helpful about anything you wanna look into equipment/price-wise. Some of the salesman there though over the years have acted like pushy used car salesman. Don't expect the porters to be very knowledgeable about merch, talk to the guys in back instead. The repair department is a bit lacking in communication and promptness hence the 3 stars instead of five. Instead of weeks it took months to fix my equipment or to even diagnose it. I won't come back there for repairs again. The store is best for shopping for high end equipment as I've been going there for 23 years now. Its a good store when you know what you want already and who to talk to get what. But beware it can get pricey real fast there everything they sell is almost brand new. They're not much of a trader type store go to music go round for that.
