I was able to make an appointment for 7 am to have my car serviced. I was there at 7, and so was Willie Moreno, even though it was raining heavily. He provided me with an estimate of what servicing would be done and the cost. I needed my car by a certain time, and Mr. Moreno accommodated my request without problem. I can always rely on Mr. Moreno to be truthful, polite and efficient
Excellent! Our salesperson Oscar and the whole team was very helpful, honest and not high pressure. He found a great deal for us and has followed through after the sale when we needed more information. I’m looking forward to buying from him again. Offering good water and fresh coffee was also greatly appreciated! Small things mean a lot.
I took my car in for a second service appointment yesterday, both appointments have gone very smoothly. They have an online appointment scheduling platform that is fast and easy to use, and when I've taken the car in I'm able to see someone right away and be out of the service center quickly. Work is done quickly, no hassles, and they do appear to have shuttle availability if you need a dropoff nearby while you are waiting. Great staff, glad to have this service center close to where I live.
I enjoyed the the one on one experience and being able to be walked through each step with the help of one of the agents. He was professional the whole time, made sure to explain each detail of the process and made sure to answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured at anytime throughout the experience.
This is my third purchase within the last 12 years. We had a great sales experience with Paul Nieves. It was a packed Sunday evening but we were able to negotiate and finance our car within two hours. Their buyers waiting area is pretty comfy too; freshly ground Starbucks coffee machines, comfortable couches and cable TV.
North Hollywood Toyota is very responsive and quick to service and get you in and out. Their shuttle is also Uber instead of having their own driver. This helps because you don't have to wait for their driver to come back to pick you up.
Good experience in north Hollywood Toyota I got good deal there. Garret had good customer service. I’ll recommend this dealer to my friends.
So happy! Every employee I encountered was incredibly warm and informative, and all of the responses I received were prompt and thorough. They made this process so easy and alleviated all of the anxiety I had, I was able to get most of the purchase done online before I even arrived. Jerry and Marty were both wonderful and I can't thank them enough for helping make my move to LA and first car purchase such a smooth experience.
They definitely take advantage of their customers. Be cautious before signing. If your wise, don't sign at all. Don't even buy used here.
Great experience shopping at North Hollywood Toyota. Shams was great in helping to get a deal that fit me without having to sacrifice. Eric was a great help without being pushy like other car salesmen. Mark was very helpful in the finance area and helped to explain the added options and which might be best for me. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family looking for a new car to give this location a shot
