Three months ago I went with my brother surgery cataracts and everything very well, great attention, normal waiting due to surgery, I hope now when I return to the other eye is the same.

Arrived at scheduled appointment 7:00 AM, no information on what to do after you walk in the door when asking the two ladies at the front desk it actually seemed like you where bothering them. At least 20 people in the waiting room the gentleman next to me said his appointment was at 6:30 AM and he was still waiting Had to leave to go to work and leave the patient to fend for herself when letting the ladies at the front desk know that I had to leave they again seemed extremely bothered that I would dare ask for any information. Hopefully they will call me to pick the patient up VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give them no stars if possible.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Been here since 8:45am.... I'm writing this review while I'm still waiting for my mother to called (11:30am). Why not schedule surgery every hour? Or every 2 hours? Why are they holding us hostage?🤔😩😩😩

This place is terrible. They are so disorganized. They don't keep families informed and it's not right. It's as if they don't care. My mom's cataract surgery was scheduled for 9:00 am she didn't get called back until about 10:30 or so, maybe later And it took me having to ask repeatedly to find out that they had taken my mom into surgery which I hope is true. It's not right to keep a diabetic with a large hernia and open wound waiting I would not recommend this place

I'm writing this as I'm sitting here waiting for my grandmother's procedure to start. I have been here since 6am and it is now 9am. They called her back at 8:30am only to send her back out 5 minutes later because they needed paperwork from her primary. The fact that I had to wait for over 2 and half hrs just to be called back to start prepping is ridiculous. What's even crazier is that the paperwork that they are looking for was sent weeks ago. This should have been taken care of ahead of time especially since they called yesterday for a phone number that I gave them on friday. They have people sitting here most of them elderly who have have not eaten in over 12hrs. Other surgical centers I have been in and out within 3hrs for similar procedures. This place is so unorganized and it all seems to be about money. If you can don't come here.

My wait time was reasonable, from start to finish for eye surgery took 3 hours, 2 of which were prep, surgery and recovery. Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything went very smoothly.

People are nice and it is peaceful. I didn't mind waiting for my husband in the waiting area. There is room for improvement. Like letting the family know that they have been taken into surgery. Instead of you wondering or having to ask. But they do come and get you when they go to recovery which is good.

100% UNRELIABLE FOR UROLIFT Based on my experience, this facility and/or the UroLift rep who has to be there for the procedure can't be trusted to perform as agreed. My doctor booked my UroLift procedure for May 17, well in advance of the date. First they bumped me off my date for a patient who I was told had called in at the last minute. Next, after I agreed to change to May18th to accomodate them, they wanted to postpone me until June. Why the runaround? It seems that the UroLift rep performs a Three Card Monte shuffle with patients' schedules until they can book three procedures a day...jerking patients around and maximizing their anxieties about what was supposed to be a worry-free procedure. Even though I love and trust my doctor implicitly, I canceled my UroLift. I'd worry that their rep might run off with my anaesthesia halfway through my procedure because they promised it to the next patIent.
