This has been one of the easiest purchase and very explanatory when it comes to numbers and vehicle information. Felt comfortable and not pushy like other sales people. This dealership is amazing. I had previously visited several dealerships, and I was getting so frustrated with all the shady tactics. I finally tried Northridge Toyota and it was an entirely different experience. They respected my time; they made a fair, reasonable offer the first time; they were patient and informative; and they were completely honest and upfront. Jorge Matta and Jackie Cruz were friendly, helpful, and made the process so easy. I only wish that I had contacted Northridge Toyota in the first place!

Great dealership. I lost my keep to my 2003 Toyota Camry, all I needed was my registration with the VIN number and they were able to sell me a new one. It was from another company other then Toyota, but was less than $20, plus the cost of an Uber ride. Certainly much less than calling a locksmith.

Sales person was not pushy at all. I was never made feel uncomfortable. Very personable, professional, and courteous. Worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. There was never trying to get me into a different car just for the sale. Finance manger was quick and to the point. He also did not try pushing any of the extras, which was great because I had a budget I needed to stay at. He briefly mentioned them, explained them, but I did not feel pressured into adding them on. Overall experience was great! From beginning to end.

Great experience here. Shawn helped me out and was able to work with my busy schedule while working out the best deal for me. I’m 100 percent pleased with the service. I bought a 2019 Corolla and I’m super happy with my purchase. If you need someone to work with you and not be too pushy but show you all your options and help you make the best decision, Shawn in the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The whole staff was very friendly and I didn’t feel overwhelmed like I had at other dealers in the past.

It was a pleasure purchasing here. Karo made me comfortable in the coffee bar and worked with me to get the lowest monthly payment—not to break my budget. He didn’t rush me, and in the end, I drove off with a brand new Camry LE. I traded in my old LE after eight years because I loved the car so much. It was always dependable. The new LE is even better— updated with technology, more horse power, better gas mileage, and just plain luxurious. I highly recommend Northridge Toyota!

This is the First time that I felt that getting a new car can be easy and not so stressful like other times I experienced. We got in touch over Chat with Northridge Toyota and the guys from the Internet Department call me right away and got me the deal I was looking for over the phone. Next day I went to their shop and not only they kept their word on the price offered over the phone but I got a pleasant surprise with some additional perks as I was closing the deal with the Finance Girl (she sis also very nice) I will definitely keep coming back for services (free for 2 years ) and when is time to get a new car again.
