I came across Nottingham Shire and Carriage through a quick google search in need of a horse for my Indian wedding. I'm so happy I found them! Yas arrived on the day of the ceremony prepared and ready to go with his horse well before I was. The horse was beautiful and she looked very healthy and happy. I was a little worried when I was told I didn't need to practice even if this was my first time getting on a horse, but they were right. The horse was so well tamed and calm even with all the loud music and crowd. I felt completely safe the whole time. I didn't want to get off! You really do feel like a king when you arrive to your wedding on a gorgeous white horse. So, if you're looking for a horse Nottingham Shire is the place to go. I highly recommend!

There is nothing romantic about overworking a horse. Forcing it to pull a carriage through a crowded downtown area, overheated and exhausted, 7 days a week. This company should be ashamed of itself!

Not as bad as the other carriage company, but the horses still were in terrible shape. No muscle, sweaty, and overworked. Not to mention their stables. They are atrocious. No horse should have to live where these do.

Thanks For an AWESOME backdrop for our Prom in Augusta ,Georgia for Lucy C. Laney High School . The horse and carriage were the perfect fit for our theme " The Cinderella Story " . The worst customer service ever. Didn't even make it to the carriage ride. The driver was the main problem. The horses looked mistreated as well. We were warned about one of the horses named Tina Turner.The employee said that we could not pet her because she could kick you. That being said the city of ATL should look into enforcement measures before someone gets hurt.

Made my daughter’s wedding day epic! Thank you so much. They were willing to be flexible with a last minute change due to questionable weather just in case. Communication was great. The day turned out beautiful and so were the horse and carriage. Great people to work with. Thank you!

My girlfriend is from Georgia and her family and friends still reside in Georgia while we reside in my home grown state of New Jersey, but I knew my upcoming proposal had to be in Georgia where her friends and family could participate and celebrate with her. I contacted Nottingham and spoke with them about the planned proposal and they were more than accomodating. They adjusted the route for the route I needed in order to have the proposal be in front of the building she is so fond of in Atlanta. They allowed us to get off of the carriage so that I could propose and so her mother and best friend could walk out and surprise her. Her mother and best friend then got back onto the carriage with us and finished the ride. They were prompt, flexible, took pictures for us and made the night especially perfect. They had blankets for us since it was cold outside, a speaker with music playing and gave a very informative tour. I am thankful for their assistance and for their services as they really topped the night by being so on point. Thank you Nottingham and I would highly recommend them to anyone who just wants a nice memory for a visit to the city or for a big event that has meaning in your life.
