Great Shop!!! Super knowledgable staff and good mechanics. Great Selection of Cannondale and Specialized ( and others) They will take the time to get you fitted, set you up to test ride some bikes and get you rolling.

Great bike shop and people! Was in Portsmouth for a few days from Colodado and rented a Stumpjumper for a bit to ride a local trail. Parker was very helpful in where and how to get to the trail. Only took a few minutes to get my pedals on the rental and on my way. Highly recommend this shop.
A slow Tuesday so plenty of help was available. I have been in a few times, rode a Stumpy and finally decided which one I want, none in stock. It's a popular model though! A great, local store with all kinds of knowledge 👍
Showed up to get my brake rotors tightened. I was able to get the adjustment done within minutes. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Excellent. We bought my wife a bike and she had not ridden in some time (many years). The staff, especially Matt, was very helpful and friendly. We rode out on a new bike. Great bike place.
Very laid back vibe. When I arrived, I had a few minutes to just look at some bikes, then Will approached and asked if I had any questions. I told him what I liked about my 2 previous bikes and that I wanted in a single bike. With that he showed me the kind of bike I need to look at, he didn't pressure me on a specific brand or style. He also said the area I would be riding most has some great trails. His knowledge was great and he asked for some help finding some bikes in their inventory that better matched my price.
We stopped into Papa Wheelies yesterday, Saturday 6/24/2018, to look at bikes. I'd been thinking about buying a new one for awhile. We were greeted by a very nice guy, Max, and he was very helpful. I hadn't ridden a bike in years and had decided I wanted one for exercise. Max was very helpful and patient, and gave some great advice regarding a good bike for me. I tried a couple out, he made some adjustments, and I'm now the happy owner of a very comfortable great new bike. Very friendly staff, a very non-intimidating experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike or just some great helpful advice. Max was great - thank you very much!

Thank you to the entire PW staff! Every time I’ve been into the shop everyone has been extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The mechanics are great and have been patient with me and all my questions and weird concerns. I want to be friends with everyone who works here!
