With our 20 years of costuming and design experience, we take pride in offering friendly service, attention to detail, and historical accuracy.

Some friendly people some not so friendly
WORST. SERVICE. EVER. These people should have a sign on their door that says, "WHITES ONLY". They do not care for African Americans and you will not be treated with respect nor given proper customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE, especially if you are black.
Great selection of costumes, and the staff is very helpful; even during the Halloween rush.
Terrible staff, terrible service. The costumes we were going to rent were not worth the way my family and I were treated by the older male employee. I happy walked out with my money and dignity! Your staff needs a training crash course on customer service!
Wonderful staff and service. Extremely helpful and fairly cheap for a three day costume rental! All costumes come with the necessary props. If problems arise on the day your costume is due to be returned, they are usually very kind about allowing you to return at your nearest convenienve without late fees (as long as you call them and let them know). They have many MANY different options for costumes- they'll have whatever you need. They have anything from sexy Halloween costumes, to full on theatre-grade stage costumes
