Just bought a bike from these guys. Real great set of people work here, I’m definitely getting the rest of my gear here.
Took my bike in to harley to have a 100000 mile tune up. It took 3 weeks. 2 weeks for my bike to sit there while I'm being told that it's being worked on then another week to do the actual work. I got 10% off for my trouble but the guy who took me in at first never did anything even though I was told it was being worked on. Then after a couple calls to see what was going on I was given to another gentleman, who was very nice about it all. I got my bike back and it runs great except for there are 2 motor mount bolts that have sheared straight off after being in there shop, and there was work done to my inner primary and I can see where there is a mark from them hitting it or dropping something on it. also when I went in to pick up my bike it was in the on possition with gas on for who knows how long before I got there, and also while I waited 30 minutes to pay, I would think a bike shop would know how to shut a bike down while it's waiting to be paid for. I won't be returning to this particular Shop in the future.
I love Harley Davidson and so does my husband. I was raised around bikers and have always rode with someone else, never driver. Today my wonderful husband convinced me to want to learn to ride myself😁💕🍀

If you're in the market for a new or used Harley Davidson then this is the dealership for you. The new sales Manager ( I forget his name, sorry) has made it so you no longer have to go up North to Denver to get the deal on the bike you're looking for. GREAT STAFF, GREAT BIKES, GREAT DEALERSHIP!

Bought a 2019 street glide and am very happy with the service and price. This was my first time buying at a dealer and first time getting a Harley. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didnt not feel pressured into the purchase or rushed. I have also been back for an exhaust and some lighting and everyone was very helpful and service was fast. I had no issues and would recommend to anyone looking for a new bike or service.
Purchase the bike there. Sales team and management was great. Call in trying to get some questions about a warranty. What is talking to someone in service. The guy just transferred me over didn't want to finish answering my questions. In my eyes it was piss-poor customer service. Piss poor customer service in the service department. Will no longer be given any business to their service department.
The staff treat you like family. They're nice and respectful. I don't own a motorcycle yet but I would definitely buy one here. This place is awesome.
Great deals in HD, customer service was great and very helpful. Must have been a good day because the time I was there they sold over 9 bikes to include mine that I brought. Can't wait to take it out on the road and start enjoying the ride. All the bells and whistles on this one to include the pipes they already installed and sounds great.
I didn't want you to purchase a bike today. I've been looking for the last 4 months through private owners other Harley dealerships like Pueblo and Denver. But this Harley here at Pikes Peak we're over the top service-oriented and just a pleasure to do business with. I truly would recommend before buying anything anywhere private or not come in and take a look at this place. The sales team the finance team the parts department the mechanics all just a Class Act
