We worked with Chelsea to buy a crib, car seat and stroller - she was so helpful and patient with us (first time parents), answered all of our questions and helped explain the products to us - clearly knowledgeable about all of them. We were debating between two Nuna car seats and they had a rep from the company in the store who answered even more questions. Car seats are kindof a nerve racking purchase, so it was incredibly helpful to walk away confident in all of the safety mechanisms, etc. They also price matched the crib with another vendor who had the same model at a different price. Love this store & will definitely be coming back.
Meh. They falsely advertised having the product I️ went for, which as a parent sucks when you’re constantly negotiating for time, and when I️ got there they said they could “special order it.” I️ can “special order” it. From Amazon. At least they were nice 🤷🏻♂️
Product is beautiful, but delivery service was poor. I had to follow up multiple times to trace my delivery only to find it hadn't shipped. Upon delivery I was also informed that the pallet the product was delivered on is my responsibility to take care of. I tried to support a local business but was let down by a poor delivery experience.
Hands down some of the most helpful staff I've encountered in any store. They do have nice sales on quality items. I try to buy all my "new baby" gifts here because I've been impressed with this little local gem. If you don't see it there, ask about special order.
I love posh baby! I love the staff, the selection and the store in general. I bought a bunch of stuff for my baby there, including a super awesome chair for nursing in- and it's my favorite piece of furniture! I love to support local businesses whenever possible, and it felt great to find this place. I will continue shopping there into the future.
So much great urban unique clothes furniture and toys for young ages. Got almost everything for my daughters room here. Super kind workers who are extremely helpful
I have shopped at Posh in the past for gifts, but after our adoption, we needed so much help at the last minute. The staff was so amazing, patient, and offered so much knowledge. The staff is not pushy and we really felt they wanted to find the right products for our lifestyle. We love Posh and will always support this local gem as we would never find this experience online. This was a really cute store, and the only place my husband and I were able to find a glider we both loved. However, we did NOT love the bait-and-switch when we went to actually purchase it. The model on the floor was the power model, and had a single price tag attached to it. So, we were expecting to pay the price on the tag, not +$120 more for the "upgraded power" model. We made sure not to purchase anything else.
My family and I had the best experience at Posh Baby. We live in Denver and did not expect to find such a great store where we would want to purchase our big newborn items but after this experience that is exactly what we did. The sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and not at all pushy. We had so many questions and they answered all of them without ever making us feel like we were expected to buy anything. You could tell they really stand by the products they sell and are genuinely happy to help. After finding the store with my mom and spending some time there getting educated, I brought my husband back the next day and had the same lovely experience. I cannot recommend them enough.
