I went to get my service done at Power Ford where I had bought my 2007 Ford Escape and the service was impeccable! When I bought my car they promised a free oil change and they exceeded my expectations. Not only did they get me in as soon as I pulled up they also rotated my tires, topped off my fluids, and checked out a noise I was curious about. All of that and I was back on the road in less than an hour!

I recently transferred my business to Power Ford because of difficulties with the service department at a rival Ford Dealership. Power Ford’s service has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them for gas and diesel repairs. After my struggles with the other dealership, I referred my SO to Power Ford and he drove off the lot in exactly what he wanted. They were able to get his payment where he wanted it and he was happy with the service he received.

Daniel Martinez in the Power Ford Service Department provides the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. My F150 needed several items repaired on two separate ocassions and Daniel not only called me once a day but sometimes twice to keep me informed every step of the way. He’s always very thorough and methodical in explaining the situation and always very courteous and professional. In short, Daniel provides a level of customer service beyond what’s customary in today’s time. I’ll not go anywhere else or deal with anyone in having my truck repaired.

Even though I was not wanting to purchase a Ford again the reason I bought a vehicle at Power Ford was because they were so pleasant to me and the no pressure sales was so refreshing! The service department has carried on the same pleasurable experience that I initially received. I am happy to do business with a company that values their customers!

Amazing! We we're having so many issues after we took in our vehicle for a simple recall. We were told to take it to Power Ford after taking to 3 other places. Spoke to Fred and he was wonderful, he was compassionate, informative, very helpful. He did everything he could to resolve our issue and make sure we were satisfied. So happy we got out vehicle fixed and Fred made sure we were taken care of.

The whole sales & business manager crew at Power Ford were super friendly & professional when I recently purchased my new F150 truck. The car business has a reputation of the whole sales process being a giant hassle but I experienced none of this at Power. I highly recommend them for a pleasant car buying experience. Update. Took my new truck to Power Ford for service. Service team was great and got me taken care of plenty quick.

Customer service was great- thanks Tony! Our Edge had a strange issue and the check engine light wasn't going on; the technicians were able to diagnosis and fix the issue anyway. Since our vehicle was under the manufacturer's warranty we received a free rental car while ours was in the shop - that went smoothly. Overall, very impressed.

Great, quick and friendly service! Every employee I interacted with was so kind. Never have I ever been so blown away by a dealership. Good job guys! I went to get my car serviced an oil change to be exact I was in and out in a little bit over an hour. Definitely have a customer for as long as I own a Ford.
