I will recommend you to no buy a car here they are the most unprofessional place they tell you that you tags are ready went you get there they are not you call to make a payment they tell you to call back and you call back tell you to call back again and then they charge you for ben late they delete computers code so after you take it few weeks after they lights come back they tell u or you we will give you a call went my mechanic can take you car never happen the price you see on line for the cars is not what you going to pay is more plus the regular interest and I believe $300 dealer cost for paper think twice if you really want to give you money away they will tell you how good record they have online but I think they pay those people to write those reviews I want to give negative -5 stars but the lower is one so don’t let me
I should not recommend this dealership they sell bad cars with a lot of issues my friend bought a car there and they try to sell a junk car again with a high price They should closed this dealership Don’t buy cars here never!!!!! Muy malos carros con muchos problemas 👎
I purchased a vehicle from Prime Auto Sales, after I was referred by a friend who purchased a Ford Escape about 6 months ago. I was very pleased with the serviced I received from the staff. I actually purchased a 2013 Honda Accord, and I love my car, they helped with my financing tags and title. I practically went, choose my car and did not have to worry about anything else. They made my life real easy. Thank you guys!
Very bad experience and full of lies. Sell you AWD car and end up FWD. Said 2 pair of keys but give you one and ask you to pay for the 2nd key. Don't worth your time to deal with them.
Asked over the phone actual condition. We were told one owner, no rust and no accidents. Drove 7 1/2 hours one way to buy. Got there and the vehicle was full of bondo, was a two owner with major damage. Then to top it off there lot guy backed one of there lot trucks next to my car and opened and hit my car with the door and dented my car. They all just laughed. Horrible, I’d give them no stars if I could, stay away from this place!
They definitely make things happen for me. I left the lot with what I wanted and for a nice affordable price. Good down the earth staff that cares about helping folks I recommend them to everyone
I would recommend to purchase your next vehicle from this Dealership. The staff was pleasant and easy going. They explained all the details of the terms, and showed me with the features of my car. My husband and I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe. We have 4 children, therefore we needed a big and reliable vehicle. The vehicle runs great, clean and spacious. The vehicle history was clean. Everything was smooth. So, I would definitely purchase another vehicle at Prime Auto Sales and recommend others to as well.
Great Dealership! Johnnar made good with all his words. My credit is shot and didn't have to many options. Drove from NJ to see his full lot of cars. Every car and detail was describe to me precisely. I went there with the expectations of leaving in a hooptie. Instead I left in a Tahoe which is in mint condition and bought it below resale value. If he doesn't have it on the lot he will get what you want. It was worth the 3 hour trip!
