After crossing the George Washington Bridge, a pothole flatten my tire. I was stranded on the W. Side Highway with no spare on one of the hottest days of the year. Quality Auto Services was recommended. I am not from the area and I did not know what to expect. Their service was excellent. Quick, reasonable and well done. It was a pleasure doing business with Ronnie!

Phenomenal service. I had an issue with my battery not holding charge. Most places would have found a way to make money off of me by telling me to change the alternator; the owner was honest and recommended a change of battery. The problem I was facing was quickly remedied by him with the installation of a new battery. Thank you for your honesty and prompt service. Highly recommend

Friendly service. Said they could replace my tire in 15 mins but let me leave my car for the full day while at work. Also repaired a noisy door hinge for free. They have a great attitude and I would use them again.

The service was unbelievable. I had an emergency where my Volkswagen Tiguan broke down in the middle of downtown Manhattan. Not only did they tow my car, within 20 minutes I knew what was wrong and they even contacted my warranty to have them cover the repairs. The owner treated my entire family with respect and made sure that we made it home safely and repairs were done quickly and inexpensively. I feel so blessed to have had this terrible experience turn so wonderful. I just drove the car 70 miles and it's running like a dream.

I got standard in the city cause my oil light came on, I walked into this shop to buy oil and a really nice gentleman by the name of Ronnie which is also the owner helped me out. I explained to him my problem and he offered to give me 6 quarts of oil for free, I just met him!! This guy is an amazing person and and runs an honest shop. In the end I needed an oil pump and he gave me the best price. If you are looking for an honest and reliable shop look nowhere else.. THANK YOU!!

Quality was terrific! The did good, fast work, partnered with my insurance agency, and ensured I got my car back in the quickest manner possible. I had issues with my insurance company, and they helped navigate the billing issues to speed up the process. I would definitely use them again!

I had a great experience with these guys. Battery trouble required they come to my garage twice to jump it. Finally brought the car in and they were very helpful, searching for the cause of the battery problem. Their prices were fair, they worked fast, and they were damn friendly! Great service! Highly recommended!!!
