The DeLorenzo's run a great business. Always treated with respect and never pressured to purchase right now.
With the exception of the manager walking right past us with out asking if we wanted help, which we did, it was pretty good.
Daniel is great service rep. Took it in for emissions test since express emissions couldn't find the outlet in my car. Price was comparable. Speedy. Friendly. Professional also did quick check of whole car topped off fluids. Thank you!!
Had a great experience buying a car. Manuel was very helpful, not pushy and followed up after the sale.
Follow up: We brought our Mazda 6 in for the Google Auto upgrade: the service department was friendly and Manuel, who sold us the car, followed up to make sure everything went well. Other car dealerships could learn a few lessons from Quality.
Was looking for a truck for my husband. He liked one.Was promised the stars by sales person in writing. But after all the smiles and promises, our hard earned $10,000.cash half of what the price was of the 2010 f-150.Was promised if we didn't like it they would buy it back. The truck was driven for 4 days, noticed slippage in transmission. We brought it back there for a transmission diagnostics. They said nothing was wrong. But no paper work was given.Inside cab was matted with Dog hair in vents, under seats, door panels, clove box, behind seats, every were. Was promised in writing it was going to be taken cake of.The trick was left in there care being told everything was going to be taken care of.Waiting for days for answers. When was told truck was ready for pick up.Noting was done.No proof of diagnostic has been done, nore detail of interior of truck was done.
Truly a horrible experience.Promises,Promises.Nothing was done for our hard earned$10,000.cash but a bunch of lies.Be careful what they promise you.Even if it's in writing. We had to drive back and forth from Rio Rancho 4 times in one week and a few more after that, all due to broken promises that were in writing.Never again. We will be contacting Mazda Corp regarding broken promises in writing.
Yes I know "dealer service" but these guys are really good! Great service great price! Thanks for taking care of me & my car!
Literally just left, I drove up with what looked like 3 sales people standing there watching me. I walked up to a yellow Dodge Charger Daytona walked around it for 15 minutes and nobody even came to say hi. Walking back to my car the same 3 sales people still talking to each other just watched me get into my car and drive away.........apparently selling cars is not the number one goal here if I could give 0 stars I would as I feel 1 star is way to generous.
I went in to Quality Mazda to shop for cars with my aunt. Despite several dealer employees at desks and in offices, as well as walking by us, no one acknowledged we were there with so much as a "we'll be with you in a moment". Not sure if they are just rude or it was because we are people of color. I have never been completely ignored in a place of business like I was here. In any case, I was happy to take my business to University Mazda where they treated me well and were happy to sell me a new Mazda.
Tired of the car salesman games? Go to Quality.
My wife and I had been looking to purchase a used vehicle for a few months and had visited over a dozen different dealerships. At every one of these dealerships we heard the same old car salesman pitch. But when we walked in to Quality we experienced the complete opposite. Ricky was professional, straight forward, and worked his butt off to get us what we wanted. We explained to him that we had our own financing, the price we wanted for our trade-in, and the price range and type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. Ricky worked diligently (without the sleazy used car sales tactics) to get us a fair deal. His no BS approach is what sealed the deal for us. He has even called multiple times after the purchase to make sure that everything was going good with the vehicle. We will definitely be returning customers.

I just had the easiest car buying experience of my life. I found a used car online and went in to check it out. Audra met us and talked about the car and took us for a test drive literally within 19 minutes of meeting us. I also test drove another vehicle and ended up picking the first one I had originally come to see. Audra was so knowledgeable about Mazda’s and just cars and the process in general. We got everything we asked for, including a new windshield, at a price we were comfortable with. And there wasn’t any back and forth haggling. Just a good price and good terms. Then we went to financing. I expected this would be where we would get the typical dealership treatment, but nope, not at all. Daniel explained our options, but never pressured us into anything. He knew how our credit union worked and got us signed, sealed and on our way in less than twenty minutes. I am so impressed with their professionalism and honest dealing. I don’t bother writing reviews too often, but when an experience is this remarkable, it is worth letting everyone know. I will definitely be back!
