I was traveling through the area and needed ear impressions for in ear monitors. If you are a musician I highly suggest going here for your impressions!

I found my experience to be very helpful the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring and I thank them for their help.
My previous hearing aides had stopped working and my audiologist at a major hospital center was on vacation for a month. I'd seen circulars for REM and decided to give them a call. It was easy to get an appointment and on the first visit, I was given a trial pair of aides to wear for as long as I needed to make a decision. They worked well and I then received the ones I'm wearing now. They're a cross system that feeds sounds from my "bad" ear to my better ear so that I can hear on all sides. It's working well for me, but if something goes wrong, R.E.M. Is close by and appointments are included in the cost of the hearing aides. I'm very pleased that I decided to give REM a try.
Today was my first experience with REM. From the very first smile of the receptionist to the smiling professionalism of the staff, my time with them was most pleasant. They performed all the hearing tests in a timely and professional manner, being clear as to what was expected with each test. Then after the test, my results as well as the options I had were discussed in a friendly and professional manner. At all times I was made to feel welcome and at home. I'm so glad that I was referred to REM! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Great, caring people who make you feel comfortable and very much at ease. The attention to every detail dealing with my hearing issues were completely resolved. I would highly recommend Rem Audiology in Philadelphia to anyone with hearing issues.
This was a nice office. The office was clean, the associates were very nice, and there was even a little play area for my 2 year old son. The receptionist was very nice and organized. There was barely a wait. When we went into the backroom the Lady testing my two year old was very patient with him and she was very informative on what procedures she was performing. Overall a great environment!
I have never dealt with hearing aids bought from a place that gave so many problems. Couple months old and been back twice already in the past month and a half. Very disappointed
