I took a pair of pants to get hemmed, the final product is an acceptable pair of hemmed pants, but I asked for her to not cut them, as they were the right length for the person who they belonged to. I was planning on just letting them back out after I was done. When I dropped them off I explained this and she put a no cut tag on the pants. When I picked them up however they were definitely cut there is now only enough material to let them out another 2 inches (the person I borrowed the pants from is 5 inches taller than me). This was clearly a language issue as she didn't understand what I wanted. When I asked her about it, she said she only cut them "a little bit" to make them look good. If she had understood me in the first place, she would have known I didn't care how it looked, and that I just cared that I didn't ruin my aunt's pants from them dragging on the ground. I didn't bother asking for the alteration free or a discount, because I didn't feel like arguing, and dealing with the language barrier. If you want just a simple, straight forward alteration, she'll do a acceptable job, but if you plan on asking anything special I wouldn't trust her to understand.

I took them pair of mens pants that were too big in the waist. I was told that they could alter them down a size or two no problem. When I picked them up the pants literally were ruined beyond reason. The alteration was horrible. and for $30.00 bucks I was pissed. The woman that runs the place talks waaay!!! to much. I would not recommend.

Horrible service! And I do mean horrible. The owner is unprofessional and unorganized. She will not have your items ready on the designated date of pick up. She runs around like a chicken with her head cut off. She requires that you pay in full prior to services being rendered because she knows that she is going to screw you around. She will not give you a discount once she screws you over. She messed up my daughter on the day of her pageant. Her dress was to be ready at 12 noon today and she did not have it ready. Stated on the ticket 12 noon. Told me to come back at 4pm and acted like she didn't care that it was not ready. She said somebody told her the dress was to be picked up at 4pm today but the ticket said 12 noon. The lady must be a little off because who would say something as stupid as that. I guess any old excuse will do. My daughters entire day was messed up. I went back at 4pm to pick up the dress and she would not even consider a discount for not honoring her word for 12 noon. Just cold and low down. She did not care. She already had the money.

I dropped my items 8/22 to be picked up 9/2. I get a call to give them another week and I understand things happen so i said ok. I try to pick up my items 9/15 and they are still not ready and can't find my items!!! I come back the next day and the one item that I really needed has not been worked on. This is completely unacceptable! The owner and workers are pleasant but my experience with this company was terrible. I will not come back.

I had a great experience here. Brought in a pair of pants to get tapered. They were ready to be picked up the day that I was initially told they would be ready. The pants turned out great. I will be bringing more clothes here that need to be altered.
