The guy had a terrible attitude. I never understood how ppl choose to work in customer service and are never friendly to the customers.
Not my favorite...only one person can go to vehicle in back!! Sometimes u need two!!

The Customer Service is horrible, wrong hours are posted online, and obviously they don’t care about referrals. Not everyone is familiar with the process of viewing a car after an accident. If someone drives an hour to get there a manager should be able to make an exception with supervision. Beth the manager could care less in addition to a driver that had plenty to say with out the proper credentials for providing information. This place is totally unprofessional please ask the police department to use a different company or have the vehicle towed yourself to a much more professional and accommodating facility.
Everyone was nice and helpful to me and I feel the older gentleman went out of his way to help me.
Came and fixed my flat tire via USAA roadside assistance. The gentleman was courteous and we were able to get to the tire repair shop with no problems. Thanks!

I just feel like this place should HELP more when it comes to the vehicles. i was told where to go and then when I stepped outside I was completely confused.. Employees drove pass me even when I tried to flag one down... I had a lot of stuff to get out my car and i had no help... No wagon or anything... Idk seems like they should help with that
