Received an erroneous bill from this company we have never heard of and got a very rude lady on the phone who hung up on us twice when trying to figure out who it belongs to. Horrible company and customer service.

expensive and rude contact person. No adjustments for lab tests. Very expensive for simple lab tests. Tried calling them to check for more information, the person didn't bother to even check my account for information until I pleaded her to. Very adamant and rude. Will suggest my doctor to never have them again for my lab tests.

I work here at Sagis for about 8 months and i greatly enjoy work for them! I work as a phlebotomist for them in a clinic and it been very amazing on how much Sagis has my back just like i have theirs. This is by far the best company i have ever worked for! I plain to stay with them for as long as they will let me! I want to learn as much as they will teach me. They have provided me with great experience and knowledge that has helped me grow! I really appreciate the Sagis Pathology company. They were able to get my bill resolved in a timely manner! I had a lot of questions and they were able to answer all of them in great detail. They had great customer service from start to finish. I also want to say TJ Jones was extremely helpful through the entire process and personally made sure my account was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience with this company. I asked why my cash price was so high for a biopsy ($500 for 3 biopsy diagnoses, without ever receiving notice from them up front as to what the price would be, especially considering it was only about $150-$200 for the same amount of biopsies elsewhere). I was told that since they are allowed to charge that amount, they will, and that I should be lucky that my price wasn't higher. I asked if there was any room to decrease price or be put on a payment plan (I now have to decide what bill I'm not going to pay this month since I owe this company $500+ AFTER INSURANCE). I told them I was a cash payer and they essentially laughed at me and told me to take it up with my insurance company ... Never once did they question if their prices were too high, never once did they try to make any good will concessions, never once did they apologize or talk about what the average price paid is. Only in this field do secondary doctors (the contractor) feel they are owed whatever amount they wish to ask, without clearing it up front with the customer, and then act offended when the customer questions why the price is so high... Just unfortunate that they look to take advantage of customers.
