I was referred to by the CEO of the company, David Mazor. At first, I was very skeptical because I had never done this type of treatment before, but I decided to give it a try and drove from Pasadena to San Diego to meet Dr. Moldovan. I was nervous, told him my situation. He told me to think about it, once again, and come back when I am ready. He waived the doctor visit fee for me, and gave me some recommendations. When I came back ready for the procedure, he was blunt with me, and not once he sugar coated anything. The front desk staff were so patient with me too. Now I go there on a regular basis. I love that place. And my leg pain has been reduced significantly too!

DR Moldavan was a very nice guy. His staff very polite. However, If you are late these people will CHARGE YOU for their time. In my opinion that's Fair. However, They have no problem letting you wait. I had an apt RESCHEDULED I came in for my RESCHEDULED time a few minutes early just to make sure I was there on time. I sat in the waiting are 20 minutes past my apt time. I went up to the receptionist to ask if things were running behind and was told she'd find out. 10 minutes later a nurse ushers me to the back to sit and wait in a room for almost another 30 minutes I'm assuming in an attempt to shut me up. My husband had to come home from work early to make sure I'd be on time and I was an hour late to work because of this. apparently your time doesn't matter if your not a surgeon. I still never got seen because at some point I had to stop letting them waste my time and had to walk out. Even my actual surgery was 3 1/2 hours late. I have small children at home that I had to pay extra babysitting time for. I don't expect them to be 100% on time but when I am told my appointment is at a certain time I sure as hell don't think it's right for me to have to wait more than 15-20 minutes without at least some sort of update or option to reschedule especially for what they get paid. This Place doesn't not have their stuff together.
