The entire process from beginning to end was completely professional and seamless. The staff taking my reservation over the phone was very professional and their website was very clear and concise. When I picked up the equipment, Zachary was very friendly, upbeat, and provided great instructions on how to use the equipment. Great quality equipment and worked perfectly for our event. I am definitely going to use them again and highly recommend their services.
Amazing customer service and superb equipment. We rented a light machine and high quality haze machine for a party. Both worked fine, not to mention the great prices and the fact that if you rent on the weekend you can keep it from Friday to Monday for the price of one day rentals! The staff was incredibly friendly, I will come again and definitely recommend to others.
Beyond expectations! First, every person I spoke with and communicated with via email was courteous, helpful, answered each question without judgment, and each person was knowledgeable, and respectful. When the team showed up, on time!, their demeanor was again professional, friendly and attire was appropriate for their business and yet sharp looking. It was obvious this company takes the time to hire staff that are willing to serve, work together, go the extra mile, be flexible when necessary and more. Professional Staff, easy renting process and economical too!
Rented a PA system from them for my wedding. They were super helpful on the phone when I was trying to find what I needed for my space, and pickup was easy. Their staff gave great instructions on how to use all of the equipment, and it worked without any issues.
Great customer service. very helpful and flexible. not issues what so ever. Also will make sure your audio files are not deleted by sending them via wetransfer just in case...Highly recommend this place.
We rented some AV equipment for a business function we were having. San Jose AV Rentals was incredibly helpful at every step: they recommended specific equipment, had it ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up, demonstrated how to properly set it up, threw in some extra extension cords and power strips, and efficiently checked it all back in when I returned it. We will absolutely use them again for future events.
The gentlemen here were fantastic. They were professional and friendly. They gave me a quick crash course on the speaker system I rented. Pricing was great. I will definitely rent from this company again! Thanks!
