Bad experience from this office. It's been over a week to get the sleep study results and get it faxed over rather than 2 days they promise. Dr. Hasan is an okay doctor, but the receptionist Sharon is unresponsive and rude who does't do her job and blames others for her pure laziness. What kind of office rudely talks over their customers. She needs to be FIRED immediately.
Doctor Hasan is the best neurologist that i ever have. He is very good with his patients, very detail and always make himself available to his patients.
As a doctor, he knows what he's doing. But the staff in this office is not good. They have zero customer service skills and aren't particularly nice to anyone coming in. They give poor directions, they leave theirs patients confused and most of all theirs rude. A smile goes a lo way and they don't seem to be able to do even that. A doctors office should be welcoming and comforting, and after this experience I wouldn't reccomend anyone else come to this office just due to how rude the receptionist staff is. Also talking rudely about other patients while other patients are in the sitting room is just bad practice. I brought my grandmother in to her checked up and was so upset by their behavior I don't know if I would come back. There was only one person in this whole office that was truly friendly and an asset to he office, I don't remember her name but she's the woman who does the EEGs.
Dr. Hasan is an excellent physician that really cares about his patients. I've been working with him for almost 20 years and he gets new patients in promptly. He goes the extra mile with them and leaves no stone un-turned to figure out whats wrong with them. Best neurologist in town. Period!
Dr. Hassan himself is a great doctor but his staff have been some of the most unprofessional and outright rude people I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. I have attempted to get the results of my sleep study sent to my new doctor and they have refused to offer any such help. Whenever I tried to schedule an appointment with the doctor they were extremely rude and hostile if I asked th m in person to fax or provide documentation for work and or new doctor. . I will not be coming back to Dr. Hassan and encourage others to avoid this office at all costs.
I'm going back to Dr. Hasan because he was amazing for my migraines when I saw him a decade ago, but his office staff SUCKS. I left a message, and no one called back. I called again and asked to make an appt. The woman was quite bored: "Name? Date of birth? Phone number?" In the middle of that, I asked if they take BCBS insurance, and she ignored me. I almost thought maybe she was a recording that gets my basic details, and I'd get a human afterwards. Not the case. Hasan gets 5 stars; the staff gets 0, so the average is 2.5, but I have to round that up for 3 stars here. I asked if they are still in Pipeline Plaza, and all she said was "Premiere." Um, ok, guess I'll find your address online, but thanks for alerting me that you've moved?
This office has a very professional staff. The ladies at front desk are very kind and professional. They treat you like their own family members.
