5 out of 5 stars! Having 80% blockage with a deviated septum, I was not sleeping well and a candidate for a c-pap device. Since I was not into doing Hannibal Lecter impressions every night, I am glad I heard about Dr. Slaughter and their process. I had a balloon sinuplasty, septoplasty, and turboplasty all done in one visit. They will explain what all that means and what it does for you if needed. They promptly started at 11:20am, as scheduled, and my driver and I were on the road home before noon. Happy to say I can now breather much better and my sense of smell has improved. I am more well-rested in the mornings and the coffee smells and tastes better than ever! Best of all, I won't need to use the c-pap which would scare my rat terrier half to death! Had a procedure done a few months ago, Dr. Slaughter fixed my deviated septum and got rid of my chronic sinus infection that was causing me severe pain for months prior. Fast forward to today and I can breathe better than ever, and rarely any more issues with my sinuses. The occasional stuffiness from allergies does come back since I chose not to take the allergy treatment, but I know where to go back if it gets bad.

Why did I wait so long to do this? I had the balloon sinuplasty and UPPP procedure. The sinus procedure was virtually painless, although I did experience bleeding for a few days which is normal. The UPPP procedure was pretty painful for about a week, then uncomfortable for another week but within 10 days I could tell a difference in the quality of my sleep. I feel so much better throughout the day now and my wife says my snoring is almost gone and she doesn't hear me gasping / catching my breath from the sleep apnea. I highly recommend this procedure and Dr Slaughter.
This man is a horrible doctor. I stupidly trusted him and after 3 procedures my health is worse. He is incredibly pompous and patronizing. Also worth noting, this office sends you emails asking you to review them. If you are honest and tell them you aren't happy, they will send you harassing mail. We since interviewed four ENT's that all shook their head and asked why I chose this practice in the first place. Their reputation in the medical community and amongst vestibular disease support groups is atrocious. I wish i would have known better.
Never had a better experience going to the doctor. Went to Dr. Slaughter and Sinus & Snoring Specialists for a deviated septum and chronic sinusitis. My entire experience was fast and simple from the initial visit, to surgery and through recovery. I was blown away about how quick and painless the surgery was (literally under an hour). Recovery was nothing more than an afternoon with a nose bleed and 3 weeks of taking medication (absolutely not inconvenienced by it). Now I am breathing and sleeping better than I have in a very long time. I highly recommend Dr. Slaughter and the ENTIRE, amazing team at Sinus & Snoring Specialists to anyone who is having any issues with their nose and/or sinuses. I am even going to continue to visit them to treat my allergies.
The care I received was outstanding. The results are amazing and I should have done this long ago. I couldn't be happier. My allergies were so bad that no amount of medicine could control them. The surgery has allowed me to manage so much better that I haven't had to take any allergy medicine since the procedures. The staff has been wonderful and Dr. Slaughter does amazing work.
Dr. Slaughter and his staff are super nice and actually have a sense of humor, while yet maintaining a level of professionalism. Thanks to his expert care of my chronic sinus condition, I can now breathe; smell; and taste again. I love the fact that he explained everything regarding my condition and treatment in the simplest fashion and made sure I understood. I highly recommend Dr. Slaughter and his staff for any sinus complications. He is gifted for this!!
I just had my post op exam and I can say that i am breathing and sleeping better than I have in years. I am able to sleep without my CPAP device. I am extremely happy with the results
This group is incredibly well organized, professional and they get results. They do exceptionally easy appointment scheduling, info gathering, follow up and reminders. They provided fast and simple in-office diagnostics, review and diagnosis. The pricing post insurance was as predicted, reasonable and correct and the results were better than expected. I would refer them, 100%. A-plus service all around. Many thanks for making it possible to get good sleep and breathe easier. I didn't know how bad I had it until they fixed it for me.
