The customer service reps are nice on the phone, and so are the reps that come and fill up the machines; however, management has communication issues, and regularly didn't meet my expectations to promises they had made. For example, my vending machine in my store was consistently sold out of numerous products, and we were promised after describing that 2 weeks was too long between fill-ups, that we'd receive routine services every week. That never happened, and for months we ran with empty spots in our machine where my customers couldn't even get water. When I had had it with this company, and wanted the machine removed, the regional manager indicated he would schedule it and call me back with a date and time to be picked up, and didn't. I had to make several attempts (again) to get him on the phone. Only then did he tell me the process takes 10-15 days to complete. That information should have been given to me at the very first instance of communication.

Southern Refreshment has been servicing my office for at least 4 years now. The open air vending machines, the coffee station they have set up and the service they provide is EXCELLENT! In a time of "need", they quickly rallied and took care of what was really upsetting people! The service could not have been better (unless they were next door!). The staff on the phone, the guys filling the machines.... everybody is top notch.
