My son, who is autistic, has had a lot of trouble getting along with his mentors and teacher. Speech Source Therapy Inc was the first time he loved going to appointments! Heidi and her team are phenomenal!

I changed two Speech therapy here the worse experience ever In my life with people that considered to be nice and on time and responsible about their job dealing with kids . Knowing and mentioned couple of time that my son is sleeping only 2 hours from 2-4 and waking at 9 in morning both specialist pushing me scadule my son those time and changing every time their fix schedule.that I told them I am working and I want fix schedule every week ( so Unrespectfully answer we have only those time) and my 3 years son that really need help specialist, because of this two specialists lost chance of getting help that I was approved for this service free. Sorry but being on time and responsible for duty that dealing with kids is should be done with people that really know and knowledgeable people that I think but this two ladies even don’t know how to do that .

So glad we found Speech Source! We worked with several other speech therapists when we learned our son was non-verbal. Progress was slow. Then we started seeing Heidi and her team and started seeing results develop much quicker. They were able to keep my son engaged with learning games, really felt like they knew what would work with him.

The therapists here are great. My review is for the owner, Heidi. I brought something to her attention and her reaction was surprising, unprofessional and defensive. I wanted her to know that the carpet in the therapy rooms were filthy and she got super defensive and told me to put shoes on my baby. I even told her directly that she didn't need to get so defensive because she gave such an attitude. I have brought up issues before and her Manager, Leslie, was very helpful, friendly and professional. Maybe she should have her manager talk to parents, because the owner needs some training in customer service!
