BEWARE I had an accident and simply came in for a second opinion with my OWN X-rays. Appointment lasted maybe 20mins. They said nothing different than my other dr so I didn’t need to continue going there and that was the last time I dealt with them. UNTIL the end of my case pertaining to my accident. They initally charged me 1200$ for that 20min appt. after a month of my lawyer calling to clarify and get it reduced they still charge me 600$. I’ve paid many doctor bills with no insurance so im not an idiot they know the services they provided were at MAX 400$ If even I guess their rent is expensive. Needless to say I would never recommend this place and unless you know you’re covered by insurance STAY AWAY!!!!!

Great attention to people needing physical therapy. They have an Itt machine, a heated therapy pool and more! The Wellness program is doing wonders for me and I have tried it all. Parking on the property. Excellent!!

After 3 years of back and neck problems, Dr Petillon was able to correct my primary neck issue and it all happened within a month of him telling me what he had found I had surgery and the whole process was very easy and the surgery was smooth and fast. The team is fantastic and everyone is so helpful. I'd recommend Spine Center Atlanta and Dr Petillon to anyone that is having back or neck troubles.

[I’m changing my review so quick it will make your head spin.] Below was my review just 2 months ago. TODAY (June 15th) I call the office to say I’m running late but I’m at the 75/85 split and will be to my appointmentbin 10mins. Do you know the same place that once said they didn’t have a late policy tells me if I’m not there in 5mins I will have to reschedule? The audacity! I’ve already driven 30mins from Lithonia and I’m a few minutes late and you won’t take me?!? After I waited 45mins for my CT scan because the person ahead of me was a hour late, I don’t get the courtsey of the same grace with a MUCH LESS tardy??!? Never again! I’m DONE with the spine center. Y’all tried to smooth me over with a massage but I’m not going for it this time. Not to mention they couldn’t even correctly diagnose my spinal complications. Although I had a 45min wait from the time I arrived to the time I laid down in the MRI machine, I must say I am impressed with the Spine Center willingness to make things right. When I was told by Mark who is the VP of marketing there’s no “late policy” for the office, i was upset. I did however, have the opportunity to share my concern with management. A 20min grace period is more than sufficient to accommodate Atlanta traffic. You can’t just have people showing up whenever and impeding on another patients set appointment time. In any event, I was told the suggestion is something that will strongly be taken into consideration. I’m statisfied, along with them having late hours!

Was not sure about the pain in my right arm, came here for a 2nd opinion. Met with Dr. Petilon; gave him my MRI report and CT scan and advised him of my right arm condition (constant pain, numbness ,tingling), he stated surgery would help and could be an option. Left, went back to my Dr who stated; he wouldn't perform the surgey and recommended I see a neurologist, needless to say I went with Dr. Petilon and my arm is currently pain free.

From the first phone call to having an epidural today, everyone has been so nice and professional. The group at the surgery suite were awesome! They went above and beyond, and believe me, my expectations are very high. Thanks to all of you! And I am sure I will be seeing you again. Highly recommend this place to anyone with back pain.

I've been a patient for more than four years and the staff and service have been continuously great! I feel so much better even after recent back surgery. I'm glad I stuck it out with Dr Chappius and his team and I'm looking forward to a wonderful recovery. 👍
