Tarsha Arkoh founder of Jmatarsh was born in Ghana, West Africa. She moved to the united states when she was nine years of age. at the age of ten, Tarsha passion for fashion was cultivated. As a child, she was extremely creative with clothing and art. After graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Tarsha decided to follow her dreams of becoming a designer. she enrolled in sewing classes to sharpen, mold and enhance her skills.
