I had my bike stollen and a friend recommend I come here to replace it. Her main recommendation is that while many shops focus on "fast" bikes, this shop had a really good selection of bikes for multiple purposes. And it workout really well for me. Andrew (the owner?) stayed late and helped my find a new bike, I got exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. They were extremely helpful and got me up and doing my morning commute again the next day! I wanted a nice steal frame commuter/touring bike that I could also do for causal road rides, and they had just the bike for me!

Best repair shop on the Westside. Needed a frame swapped out. They completed it early and really dialed in the components. Everything was setup and adjusted perfectly. The shops in Mar Vista are fine but these guys are very good. Inexpensive too.

Just picked up a bike here with outstanding help from Jason. I am a biking novice and he spent over an hour with me going over the ins and outs of biking basics (like maintenance, lights, locking it, etc.), never once getting annoyed or making me feel dumb. Even stayed after closing to make sure I was completely comfortable. I will absolutely go back.

Thank you so much to the two gentlemen who helped us with a broken electric bike. While many other shops said they had to order parts and charge us a lot of money, “the bike shop” just plugged a cable back in. Thank you so much for being so kind, knowledgable and honest. I RECOMMEND!!!

Went in and had an issue with a used bike but they were very nice about it and completely helped me out. YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF at this shop, I wanted to hop back on to fix my review. Thanks to the people of this shop!

Awesome bikes, awesome prices, awesome people. I went all over town looking for a bike shop that was fair and reasonable. Not only did I find that at The Bike Shop, but more importantly I found someone who actually cares about his customers and making them happy. The perks of buying a bike here are immeasurable. Also any bike fixes are extremely well-priced. The guys working on the bikes are so skilled and knowledgeable - they work with you to get the bike just perfect. Just an all around awesome place.
